I've made over $170,000 a month on average for the last 60 months or 5 years that's why in this video I'm going to show you everything you need to do from the offer to lead sales pricing to build a $50,000 a month business in about 20 minutes now if you're new to the channel or don't know who I am my name is Adam enroy and I help coaches and Consultants scale from five figures a month in Revenue to six figures a month in profit if you're interested in working with me on that process make sure to click the link in the description below and let's get into it all right to make $50,000 a month we have two different options one is 50 sales at $1,000 or we have 10 sales at $5,000 this is what you would think of like a course Community lower low ticket offer and this is what I consider coaching or a high ticket offer so $1,000 product that is 50 sales you need 2500 leads 2% conversion rate to get from 2500 to 50 sales and then you'd need a 2% view to lead conversion rate from YouTube so this is 125,000 views to get to $50,000 a month with a $1,000 product if you have a $5,000 product that would be 10 sales which is 40 mqls which is going to say a 25% close rate these are sales over the phone no one's going to enter their credit card information to buy something for five grand uh 40,000 views on YouTube This is actually really low this is just a 0.1% conversion rate from an application so 40,000 views you can actually make more money than views and this is actually true of us over the last 5 years we've made $4.7 million we have something like 14 million views on YouTube or something like that so so we have $10 million over 5 years profit 72% profit margin which is averaging about $174,000 a month with no ads with a small Channel no one knows who I am so that's pretty cool so why doesn't everyone do this well there's actually nine key components here and you have to get all of them right in order to make this work so let's get into that so that was actually pretty good and voila we have a new board so these are the nine key components what I'm calling the education business Matrix because we are selling information if you're a coach you're a course Creator you're a consultant we want to make money we want to get to 50 100K a month we we want to get away from 10K 20K we don't want to get stuck we need to master all of these different things one by one we have columns for audience building an audience leads and sales that is literally what a business is doesn't matter what type of business is we're going to go over this one by one first is the platform and I'm going to put a big star here next to YouTube YT a lot of people are stuck in paid ads purgatory where they're spending $100,000 to make $120,000 or just having low profit margins and constantly trying to keep up with meta and different ads or they're trying things on Instagram maybe they're a coach and they're like I really want to get more clients into my business but I only have an Instagram why am I not getting to 100K a month it's because Instagram is becoming like what Facebook was 10 years ago and you have to run tons of ads on it for it to work YouTube is the answer YouTube is the AUD uh the organic audience building platform to build this entire thing to have people with an attention ban long enough that's not on Tik Tok that will actually watch a video to the completion and then click a link in the description to become a lead to then become a sale so YouTube is the key here some of the big issues here in the platform is you know they just aren't consistent they don't make a video every week or they're you know they're not doing these two so customer Avatar and offer Clarity is all under audience because really when we're creating a video we have to be talking to a certain person if I was going to make this video and I say here's how to make $5 with this simple formula I would just say do Fiverr right there's people that are super beginners when it comes to this stuff and I'm talking to a different person who hopefully already is making 5 or 10K and wants to scale up so the customer Avatar has to match the content that you're actually creating on YouTube but the most important thing is right here and that is offer Clarity the offer your actual product your program your coaching your Consulting is the most important thing because it dictates the rest best of everything here if you have a bad offer this whole thing is going to break so the key components of that are number one a transformation so you are transforming through information through coaching through teaching a student from point A to point B we all know this and it has to be a clear direct transformation based on a pain point that people actually have not that you think they have you also need a unique mechanism so why should they do it with you rather than anyone else as more people come online and the course and information space changes there's just a lot lot more competition so what is your unique mechanism how are you doing it better than anyone else for example when I started my blog and I started teaching blogging I got it from0 to 80k a month in passive income in like two years so I built it way faster than anyone else and I did different things so I had some unique mechanisms when it came to link building to uh scaling content AI stuff all of that we also need a clear target audience and that includes who it's for and who it's not for that's really important when we're going through this whole lead process and we're talking to people through copyright you need to clearly differentiate who your offer is for and who it isn't for so if you want to make passive income and you're just you want to go live on a beach somewhere and work one hour a week on this this is not for you right this is an actual active business so you have to clearly differentiate and Define what that is you also have to have pricing and value stacking which we'll get to and then you need some type of urgency and risk removal so as we get into copyrighting through your offer it's what you know what happens if somebody doesn't work with you are they going to struggle for another 5 years as they're trying to figure out what they could learn in 90 days with you and there's also urgency so you can use different funnels different tools like deadline funnel or things like that in order to create a sense of urgency to create offers and promotions much like an e-commerce brand where uh I used to work for an e-commerce company and we'd run a promotion every single month based on retail holidays President Day Black Friday Cyber Monday all of that but as a course creator as a as a coach as a consultant you can also have urgency and run promotions throughout all of this process so that's the key things is an offer Clarity and when we're talking on YouTube We want to make sure that we're teaching many lessons to the right people and then getting them to the right offer all right so they see an ad or they watch a YouTube video then what happens well they have to become an actual lead and this is a little bit different from leads and sales but we're going to cover this in depth so this is what I would consider selfservice fancy Tech term for people can just watch a you YouTube video get to a landing page watch a vsl and this is all based on copyrighting and then check out buy things without your direct involvement so to do this you know we have to talk to the right person get on YouTube and then they get to a landing page so what is on the landing page well you need a strong headline the main issue here that we see is it's just too broad there's not enough powerful language on a landing page to get people to enter their email address or fill out an application or anything like that so with a landing page you need a strong clear call to action based on not the full transformation that the course is going to create but some type of mini transformation so you're going to give them a lead magnet you're going to give them something that they actually want that will solve a paino exchange for their email address so obviously it has to be good enough that they're going to enter their email address and you have a unique mechanism that they want to learn getting into the vssl video sales letter and that one is really important too because this is the sales mechanism for selfservice right here this is you taking them on a journey through a video going from YouTube to a video and there's really a clear formula here you talk about yourself first you get into it you say this is you know a little bit about my story this is how I found success here's my bank statements which I did before here's exactly how much money I made here's QuickBooks here's all of that and you know a little bit about my story why I started doing this how this is working for me how it changed my life this is transformational in nature it's aspirational as well especially if you're targeting beginners it has to be very aspirational in nature and then you kind of get into your unique mechanism your teaching style why did it work for you and not others so you get into that and then in the video near the end you get into why you should join the full program so it's it's teaching it's really a teaching component vsls have changed over the years used to be like 90 minutes long taking people on a journey they'll only spend $1,000 if you show them a 90-minute video on why it's important nowadays it can be like 15 minutes right people's attention spans are shorter they want information faster but a lot of self-service getting people to just buy stuff from you through email is going to be copywriting so this is all a psychological persuasion this is all you know real business strategies through email so again the big problems on a landing page are going to be a weak call to action some of the problems on a vssl is you're not you're not handling objections either because some people are like well why should I pay and join this course or Community or coaching program versus all the others so you have to know how to handle objections in this and then copywriting too could just be weak copy doesn't create a strong emotional connection with the audience it doesn't create urgency or anything like that now if we get into sales we can do it the other way where we go from a YouTube video instead of to a landing page we go all the way to an application so this is a call to action from the video to an application the application is a little bit different than just a landing page where they're entering their email address they're going to be filling out the application to work with you and we really need the right questions in the application a big problem here could be too many unqualified leads are booking sales calls you know you're wasting time with people that aren't going to spend money anyways so if you're if your program costs $5,000 let's say you're a fitness influencer and you want to you know coach people for $5,000 a month if people don't have that money then you're just going to be wasting a lot of time so we have to put the right questions in are you committed what kind of investment are you willing to make today you know all these different questions that we put in the application getting to a booked call then going into a sales script so this is interesting a lot of people don't want to do sales over the phone right this is the big blocker to most course creators coaches and people that want to make 50k 100K a month is that they just won't do sales over the phone they want an automated funnel this is very intimidating to people getting on a phone call and talking to people now to some people it's not now there is a direct format for a sales script no matter what type of business you're in whether you're selling Fitness uh programs business coaching or woodworking or Hobbies there is a direct formula to a sales script and yes you can go through the list of things build an in you know build rapport with them how you doing where you from right right set expectations in this 30 minute time this is what we're going to cover asking them about their business their pain points their challenges all of that transitioning into well so you're telling me this well what we're going to talk about here is a three-step process that I can take you through into you know all the information about your program the sale all of it we can make hours and hours and hours of video on a sales script but what I want to really leave you with on this is it seems intimidating it seems like we have to go through this set process like we're a telemarketer sitting there going over the phone it does doesn't really work that way it's more like it's when you have really good confidence in your offer when you are confident when you know that this system can work for people it really bleeds through into the sales where you are truly just having a conversation with somebody say hey do you want to join my program or not this is what it is you have confidence in it and it's not so much a sale this all of this stuff the YouTube videos uh making sure that the offer is correct they've watched maybe three to 10 of your videos already they know who you are they want to get through this process they all of the trust can be built over here to the point where the sales script should be a lot easier it's just having a good conversation with somebody and closing over the phone so with that yes right if someone is going to pay $5,000 over the phone it has to be done or on Zoom it has to be done that way pricing is the key component here so this is people get phds and master's degrees in pricing it actually is one of the most important factors so we covered like you know a 5k product right five 10 sales of 5K a month is 50k a month 600k a year but there's also other benefits what if it was like a 10K product people sell 50k 100K masterminds now again if you're just starting out you're not going to be there yet but the way that this is priced and packaged is important because it could be 5K a month for 3 months which is 15K or you could do 10K onetime payment instead for 90 days so you can kind of build these discounts in or if you do half a year for 6 months you know that'll be 18K 18K for 6 months or 30k for 12 so you really need to timing is an interesting component because a transformation based on an offer takes time for example if it's a fitness program and you're going to be a fitness coach for this person well we know that you're not really going to get ripped in one month so that might take six months so that's kind of built in maybe the fitness program would be it's 3K a month and for 6 months that would be 18K but we're going to drop it down to 15K so over the phone you're trying to collect 15K and you know it's a 6month program or it could be something like you're trying to teach high-end consulting or type business strategies over the course of 90 days so maybe that one that would be 6K a month per month for 3 months which is $18 18K for 3 months but you're going to drop it down to 12K for 3 months so you're trying to basically get as much cash collected at the beginning as you can or you know some people you don't want to say no to it if some people want to work with you for a year then you kind of build that math in so you want to have these things in the back of your head because pricing is a key component of the sales script so for example if they're like I want to I just want to work with you guys for a year like okay then we'll drop that down instead of 12K for you know 90 days we could do 36k for the year cash you know get that cash collected and then move on so then we're really building this this could be one sale this could come from a 5,000 YouTube views right so we have to really think about the pricing and think about the timing of the transformation who the customer Avatar is how much money this person has because if you're selling something for 36k most people aren't going to you know buy that unless they have 36k right so and it's not so much their salary has to be high enough that they can afford this over the course of time right they don't have to be making 300K a year this could be a person who is in the tech industry works for a company saved and they have like 500k in their bank account or a million dollars sitting around and this they wouldn't bat an eye at so this is the distinction between B to C and B to B we want to kind of bridge be somewhere in the middle for this formula where you're teaching higher level business strategies and coaching rather than just going after this Mass Market because the problem with the mass Market is that leads to the you know 97 a month club or the $9 a month there's a lot of people that say I'm a gardening influencer or I'm a you know spirituality I teach spirituality yoga Buddhism whatever it is and I have a community that's $9 a month the problem with this this is you'll never be able to scale to 50K a month because you would need to be you know one of those people with millions and millions of YouTube followers or subscribers and that's the problem the math breaks on this because there's only a handful of people that can do this effectively because they have such a big following already we want to make as much money as possible with a small following averaging 5 to 10K views per YouTube video Never maybe getting higher than there because actually YouTube like think that views are the most important metric out there but it's really not it's finding a customer based on all of these different things so for example if you have a 5,000 view video but you find one of the right people talking to them you're talking to high-tech CEOs of companies Founders and you want to help them with some aspect of Consulting and really it's just finding that one person and then building you know that YouTube algorithm can build the audience around that so the problem with the course industry really is that it went from the 1K course to the 97 or50 or $9 a month thing everyone tried to do that then everyone churned out of there now the answer is Consulting so coaching and Consulting at higher price points because think about it if you're people are spending this if you're a coach if you're doing you know Again Fitness or something like that and you can close a client for 12K how many $9 a month clients would that take well if I do the math on that if I can build up my trusty calculator you would need 12,000 divid 9 1333 customers instead of just one so it starts to reframe how you create the YouTube videos how you create the content who you're actually talking to you'll notice that in my a lot of my you know after this channel transition a lot of my older videos were speaking to the beginner of all beginners the person looking to make some passive income that wants to start an online business but has no experience doing it so the way I would use words would be explaining and overe explaining what every single thing means a vssl that's a video sales letter and it's actually a blah blah blah now today if you don't know what that is or you're watching this and you're like I don't understand any of this then that's fine because you probably wouldn't buy something from me anyways so it starts to change who you're talking to in a business sense when you do that that way so with all of that said we also have fulfillment and Ascension which is the last step which is basically basically what are you fulfilling on the actual product itself and then can you get people to a higher level product that are a customer so for example if you are selling the $1,000 thing can you get them and do a $5,000 thing that is more intensive and overtime so when you think about it fulfillment on a ,000 prodct be like a course Community you could have a school Community with weekly live q&as you could have a coach yourself answering questions helping people and then course videos in there you wanted to have it updated over time and then Ascension this would be something like coaching so the Fulfillment on that could be as simple as a WhatsApp one-on-one communication rather than group communication that's a really good thing you can do uh it could be WhatsApp it could be slack it could be things like that where you're just talking to somebody and then you have they can book a call with you any time so it really depends on the how many how high touch is it is really based on the price how much Authority you have how high touch is it that's how much you can charge so again if we look at this whole thing there's a lot of information but really the main problems if we look at them so what are the main issues well typically here it's views I just don't have a big enough audience I'm not you know first of all I'm not getting it so YouTube channel with content being published at least once a week is that and that's things like learning good YouTube titles good thumbnails good formats how to actually do it how to feel comfortable on camera all of that stuff then it's usually that you know it's not matching the customer offer and because of that the problem in the middle is a low conversion rate so it's a low conversion rate from the landing page usually if you're sending people from a YouTube video and the offers find this should be like 50% conversion rate to email they should 50 50% of people should be putting their email address in here from the YouTube video if it's just a simple lead mag that you're trying to get get their email address and really then it's a series of emails over the course of time you know 5 to 10 to get them into a sales page to get them you know with copywriting this is all writing there's no urgency if there's no strength and it's like all right how many people are entering the email email list and how many people are actually buying for about 3 years we've been getting 200 leads a day through email so we get you know anywhere from 10 to 20K views a day on YouTube and that would lead to 200 on average some days were like 350 or 400 or 500 some days we're 100 150 but that many leads per day so this is really it's volume volume is the main problem here under audience building you're either stuck in paid ads or you just don't have the volume to get cons consistent enough leads to make that 50k a month in those sales and then if the offer sucks it's a low conversion rate the big problems over here in sales is a low application rate which again is a problem with offer Clarity you're reaching the wrong people the application call to action maybe that landing page sucks you're not getting people to book a call because it's not clear what you're saying the pricing is typically too low I say it's too low because can it be too high sometimes yes but usually people are undercharging themselves when you think about how much coaching program should cost you you should be charging more not less and really I've ran out of room on the board so I want to show you something just really the power of personal branding so I think the strongest month that we had doing all of these tactics with high ticket with low ticket and then with other aspects of personal branding made a lot of money so this is uh the highest month we had was August 2023 so this is low ticket so we made 20 $296,000 in low ticket $1,000 courses in August of 23 in that same month we made 400 in 43k in high ticket sales of a $5,800 product and then my blog also with personal branding aspect made another $70,000 so that was 60k of affiliate Revenue 7,000 PPC 700 sponsor 980 ad Revenue so if you add it all up uh August 2023 was 827,000 $754 most of it by implementing strategies here some of it with other revenue streams but really it's just that's the power and you have to think a little bit bigger when it comes to what you can make in a given month I also want to show you a little system
