A good way of doing affiliate marketing is by using specific topics like "best crypto wallets." Pairing "best" with any product can really make people interested. It's like finding the best way to make new friends who love what you do.

Don't worry if you're not an expert yet. I would suggest teaching transformation-focused courses based on your interests. Your own experience and passion are like magic ingredients that help others learn too.

when starting an online business is choosing their niche. Because the niche or the niche will dictate all the revenue you can make. So whether it's affiliate revenue, selling your own products, building an audience, all of it. That's why in this video, I'm going to cover exactly how to choose the right niche in a personalized way for you so you can dominate on YouTube with articles and selling your own product. Let's get into it. So really, when we're just starting out, we have to figure out what type of content are we going to create. You know, I scroll through Instagram and YouTube and I see a lot of like comedians and comedy skits and stuff like that. And while that is one avenue when choosing a niche, really the thing that you want to look for is how can I make a lot of money with a tiny audience? And to do that, you need to sell your own products through your channel, make affiliate revenue in addition to the ad revenue. So, if you're just trying to start some random thing, a random podcast or a random YouTube channel, just know that you're going to have to wait for ad revenue and that's going to take a while. If we can find a niche with these three key components to it, you can make a lot money, a lot of money a lot faster with a much smaller audience. So those three things are really just the three pillars of your content strategy. So that is YouTube video ideas, affiliate marketing potential, and then how you can sell your own product. So we're going to use AI to go through these one at a time so you can start brainstorming the niche that's right for you. So this is what I call the YouTube idea engine. I have a system prompt here and I'm going to paste it into chat GPT and what it will do is it will go through a whole process for me. So you choose a niche. So I'm going to say my niche is going to be crypto and it'll start giving me ideas around that. So it'll give me some five, you know, five subniches. So five areas of content that I could create. So this is a good brainstorming tool. Let's say I wanted to uh create content around crypto. Well, there's different ones. Crypto for beginners, altcoin investing, crypto scams and security, crypto tech, crypto passive income strategies. So now it's going to move to the next thing. Which of these five would you like me to generate ideas for? I'm going to say altcoin investing. So now it's just going to give me 20 YouTube video ideas that I could create that are pretty good. You know, they're keyword focused and also with viral clickworthy video titles. So this is like how can I create a content strategy? Well, if I'm going to, you know, choose a niche, I need to find one with opportunities. So, you can kind of go down this rabbit hole of ideas for YouTube to start coming up with YouTube ideas. Now, we're not getting to the monetization yet because some of these videos or pieces of content could be monetized in multiple ways through affiliate programs like maybe Binance or something like that or through your own crypto, you know, training programs. But we're going to get into another piece of content and that is affiliate content to start brainstorming. So, here's another one. This is my AI affiliate marketing planner. So, if you want any of these, make sure to click the link in the description. I'll send you 10 of my favorite AI prompts for you to use in an AI master class as well. Uh, this one will give you affiliate ideas. So, I'm going to do the same niche just to get an idea. So, for example, it's crypto. I'm going to say crypto. Crypto for beginners. This is asking you for a subniche and it's going to give you 20. These are considered article ideas, but this is really good for YouTube as well because these are all specific affiliate articles and uh video ideas that people will be searching for. So, example uh best crypto wallets, best altcoins, best crypto courses, crypto apps, hardware wallets. When you think about affiliate marketing and making money that way, you have to uh create the right content and that always includes the word best plus the product category. So, for example, best crypto tax tools, best crypto debit cards. A lot of these things that are going to be really, really competitive on Google with a blog that might be really hard to rank will be a lot easier if you create simple talking head videos on YouTube like this. So, you could be known as the crypto expert. You could be creating a video, for example, on the best hardware wallets and then linking below in the YouTube description to make affiliate commissions on that. So, we found video ideas, affiliate marketing potential. Now we have to find is there a product that we could sell in this niche. So that's where I'm going to use this one. This is the course business offer generator that I created. And this one again uh if we just paste this into chat GPT, it's going to go through a whole process for us. So let's understand the vision. So what topics is going to ask you some questions. What topics are you most interested in teaching or helping people with? Do you want to help people make money? Do you have some experience? So again, I'm going to say crypto crypto trading. I want to help people make money and I have some experience. So you could say I have no experience in this topic. I want to teach gardening or something like that. And you can just teach as you go. So it's going to give you different ideas because again the internet is full of beginners. So even if you feel like you don't have any expertise in a niche. It has to be something that you're interested in that you've done something with. Maybe a transformation that's occurred for you because a course ultimately is going to be a transformation for a student. And why are we covering all this in the beginning? Because we have to know from the very beginning how we're going to monetize the niche that we choose. And really, the best way to make money is to sell your own product. People want super passive income with affiliate marketing and all of that, but really we we can have affiliate marketing, but we need to have our own product. So the education business model, for example, beginner day trading, swing trading, crypto for busy professionals, all of these. So it gives you ideas. So it gives you the core offer could be the crypto jumpst start mentorship $5,000 six week program that teaches repeatable trading systems. So again this is about higher priced offerings that's real coaching. So you want to teach something right? You could teach anything from poker to gardening to beekeeping to crypto to blogging to YouTube anything. But you have to be comfortable with it. You have to learn as you go. You have to create content to build that audience. And then you have to sell and fulfill your own product. but it'll give you the full plan here of what this business model actually is. So, $5,000 six week program, other types of monetization, the delivery format, all these different ideas as well. Now, it's asking me build a 90-day growth YouTube growth plan based on one of these subniches. I'll say my course is going to be more on AI and automation for crypto. So, we're going to use a little bit of AI to help you invest if you're busy and all of that. So, again, it'll give me five core content categories, 20 video ideas. It just keeps going down the list and it gives you a funnel strategy. So again, to get people into a paid offering, you get them from YouTube or a blog post or something like that. Enter their email. So you get them to enter the email below. So you could give them a lead magnet like a free PDF. So top five crypto and setup templates. You send them an automated email funnel with five emails to go through or a direct to webinar funnel. And then you get them into or again you can get them into a free community. I think the easiest one is just a simple lead. click the link below into a lead magnet into a 5day email series into your paid offering. So ultimately, you know, gives you a lot of other tips, monetization strategies, action plan for 90 days and bonus ideas. Now, real quick, when you're ready to launch your blog, make sure to click my special Blue Host link below this video. It's my affiliate link and you'll get 75% off. It's a $1.99 a month to get started. So, basically, you go to this page. It's normally 12 bucks. You can get it with my link for just $1.99 a month. You click get started now. It'll take you to this. You just choose basic. The basic plan is fine. And then you can just go to this. You can either put in a domain name if you already own it. Put in your own name because I recommend personal branding or just choose it later. You can choose a variation of your name like adamsadvice.com or something broad enough to keep it good. But I can say just choose domain later to get the deal. And then it takes you to the checkout page where you can get basically a year of hosting and uh free domain for the year and you'll check out for $23.88. So, a lot of other hosts, like are they faster? Are they better? Maybe, but they're also like $200 to $400 a year. Whereas Blue Host you can get for just $23 a year if you're going to start a full business for a year. You might as well do it for the cheapest way possible. So, again, go to the YouTube description, click the Blue Host link, and you'll get that $1.99 a month web hosting to start your blog. So, to recap, you need affiliate opportunities, you need YouTube video ideas, and you need a future product to sell to actually help people. Now, this is all good to think about. You don't have to have the product right away, right? But we have to be in a niche teaching something where we can do that in the future. All right. So, let's run through a 90-day game plan to really figure out and solidify the niche. If I was going to start over. So, number one, you start with offer definition and positioning. So, you want to finalize your offer and coaching package structured with specific deliverables. So, maybe that's six weeks of live calls plus a paid course plus a bunch of templates, checklists, and things like that, plus a live Q&A every week, right? We did that with blog growth engine where we had five coaches in there doing Q&As's, lots of interaction. You want to have a clear value proposition. So frame it like this. I help aspiring blank do blank with my three-step blank method. So for example, this could be something like I help aspiring screenwriters turn their raw scripts into studio worthy screenplays with my threestep scripttoscreen method. something simple, something that you're helping people, something that's really valuable. Now, when we get to niche selection and we're actually choosing what we're going to do, after you define your value proposition, think about what niche you want to be in. So, are you really going to be in, you know, the ones that can make a lot of money where you're teaching is going to be health, wealth, and relationships. So, people just spend more money on those. And then there's hobbies. So, any hobby you can teach as well. Just know that you're not maybe not going to charge $5,000 for a six week training, maybe $1,000 for a similar training, but you should be teaching something that you've done or are doing. This is personal branding. This is really think about what could you be talking about 3 years from now, 5 years from now. So, don't go too tiny with the niche where maybe you could only come up with five video ideas. We want to eventually get to 50 video ideas. And really, just what could be something that you want to be known for? This is where it comes down to. People ask me this all the time. What's going to make me the most money? What niche? And I tell you like it's you. You are the niche. This is personal branding. So if you think about like a website or a YouTube channel and your face is on it, what are you teaching? What are you talking about? That's really what you have to think about and that's going to be a deep brainstorm. And then you know when we're also finalizing this offer and package that you can have in the future because you don't have to wait on it. Like if you're doing live Q&As's and weekly group calls, all you have to do is set up Zoom, a payment processor, book some calls, close some sales, and then all of a sudden you can get sales immediately once you start the YouTube channel and you're linking to uh your link in the description. But think about a bonus stack like that could be coaching sessions, 10 hours of content, spreadsheets, frameworks, weekly live Q&As, all of that. So your goal here at the end of the first couple weeks is to have an idea for your offer and your transformational statement. So who are you helping and what are you helping them do? Next is your content foundation. So this is really when you think about all the content people consume, the billions of hours of content on YouTube, Instagram, shorts, all of that stuff. A lot of it is like comedy things, funny stuff, talented people, right? But there is a subset of people making a lot of money teaching things. So, there's a ton of people interested in all kinds of topics. You can teach on pretty much anything. But again, use some of these AI templates, these system prompts by clicking the link in the description and getting those. You really want to define your three core pillars of content. And these can be based on clients pain points. So, for example, if I was teaching blogging, I could have pillars of affiliate marketing, so talking about making money like that, SEO, so how to rank content on Google, and maybe blog monetization. So, things like courses, email lists, and all of that. But you have to have three core content pillars. Don't over complicate it. And then really develop like 10 cornerstone content ideas to showcase your expertise. So, if you were doing that screenwriting thing, like come up with 10 really good content ideas, video ideas about how you would tear down a script or your experience or talking about personal stories. There's a lot of different content ideas out there for either direct teaching, just straight up here's a blueprint, I'm going to teach you over the course of 30 to 60 minutes exactly how to do this thing, a tutorial. There's also personal story things, how I did this, how I overcame certain things. Now, you want to just set up a content calendar for 90 days. Schedule weekly content creation blocks in your calendar. So, really like get to one video a week, one piece of content per week. And it's really just about consistency and not stopping from that. We did a video a week at least for over three and a half years or something like that. We've made over probably five or six million dollars on YouTube with a small channel. And it was really just simple video ideas and really blocking my time out. So unlike when I was doing blogging where I would kind of do it all the time in the background whenever with YouTube I would set up a time where it's like this is my shooting time, you know, I could shoot four videos in a month within the first week and then the next 3 weeks I wouldn't have to do any YouTube videos, right? So you want to really figure out what works for you. If you're going to choose a niche and create content and go down this personal branding, building a real brand online, you need to get in a Google calendar and schedule it so that you actually do it. Now, if you're looking at uh you know, what would a seven-figure YouTube agency tell you if you're just starting a brand new YouTube channel? Well, this is what you would do first. You would look for five channels in your niche that are kind of future competitors. So, what are they talking about? What videos went viral? So, you want to find outliers. So, those are videos like they have 10,000 views, 10,000 views, 10,000 views, and then 100,000 views out of nowhere. What did they do in that? Is it the title? Is it the thumbnail? You can use a tool like Vid IQ or something like that to find outliers for you. You just put in a keyword and it gives you all the outlier videos so you can find what actually works. Then you want to create your own viral thumbnail and title combinations in your niche. So take learnings from maybe other niches, other title and thumbnail combinations that really worked and then use them for yourself, but tweak them, make them your own. And then each video you create, so there's a lot of like on YouTube there's a lot of like uh thumbnail and title copying, but when it comes to the video content itself, there's not really any copying. create the video, you teach, you talk about it. The first part is just really getting people to click the video. Each video needs a hook, so you need to get people interested based on the first few sentences that you say. There is a real strategy to it. And know that you don't need a ton of views to make good money. And I've run through the math on other videos on my channel, but if you're selling coaching, you don't need tens of thousands of views. You could have a few thousand views and close a client over the phone and start making money that way. So for your YouTube strategy, audit your current YouTube content or start a new channel. Create your channel page, description, banner, about section. Develop templates for thumbnails. This is important. So once you come up with some thumbnail templates, thumbnails that work. Don't over complicate it cuz you could really spend hours and hours on every single thumbnail. And if you're just starting, it's not really worth it. You have to create really good thumbnails, but try to create a template. You'll see a lot of channels out there that they have a consistent visual quality to all their thumbnails and they don't really deviate too far from that. Record four strategic videos that lead towards your coaching offer. Set up playlist to organize your content into pillars. Implement the end screens with clear calls to action. So to sum up this whole video, when you're choosing your niche, think about a transformation that you've gone through, something that you would want to talk about for the next 2 3 4 5 years. You can teach an audience. That way when you teach and not just entertain, it opens up the door to affiliate revenue because people need products to do things that you're teaching your own courses and coaching in the future where you can have your own product to make real money. And you need to be in a niche you can talk about for years based on your own personal brand. So you need good content ideas to actually build an audience to teach things to sell things. You need to stay consistent and not quit. You need to start with content, but then you need to back it up with the back-end sales and marketing systems that you can learn over time. And that's the hard part that you can't see, right? There's a lot of people that get millions of views on YouTube, but how much money are they really making? Well, that's where the back-end sales comes in. I can also help you with that. If you're interested in building something like this, a quick 90day sprint to learn the marketing and sales process to get your first sales in the door, or if you're stuck at $10,000 a month, want to get to 50 or 100, make sure to click that 8FB link in the description below, and my team will work with you directly to implement that. So, I hope you found this video useful. You know, let me know if you have any questions on what niche that you choose. Go through going through some of those uh prompts. If you sign up for the AI income blueprint one and get these uh system prompts, make sure that you check the bottom of email one because they will be there and then you can just copy and paste them. Don't do uh you can do file make a copy. So don't a ask for editing access, but just do file make a copy, make your own copy and then paste them into claude or chat gpt. Start brainstorming. Let me know what it comes up with. um and share any ideas that you might have. And then I'll give you some notes on the niche. So again, it's the hardest thing to start. Just get started. You don't have to be perfect. Avoid that perfectionism. Choose a niche. Just start creating content because you'll learn over time. You look at anyone's initial blog and it looks horrible. You look at their oldest YouTube videos and they're not good at all. So it's really just about getting started, getting consistent, and becoming a content creator, not necessarily just a content consumer, because that is where the economy is going in the 2020s. So, I hope you found this useful.
