in this video I'm covering the hidden lead gen mechanics that have made me $14.7 million online that's eight figures all through basically just collecting people's email addresses and then selling them stuff from organic content with no ads this is really I think the number one thing that separates people that make like millions of dollars online and people that struggle to make a few grand so really figuring this out a lot of it by luck has changed my life a lot it's allowed me to one never have to go back to my soul crushing N9 to-5 job that I hated so much I was able to move out to the woods where I have a big house on 30 Acres I can live with my family in Harmony and peace all of these things but really ultimately in this video I'm going to show you how to turn a small audience into email leads exactly what to send those leads and in what order so that they pay you lots of money and then how to optimize and automate your funnel to sell anything from $1100 10000 bucks all the way up to $10,000 and more because we've done it both so let's get into it so this right here is the hidden stuff behind funnels is what people that make a ton of money online do because we can see people's YouTube views or how much reach they're getting but it's really hard to see like the actual strategy behind all the emails they're sending the psychology behind it how they're closing sales anywhere from $50 sale up to a $10,000 sale or more people are doing it online so this is exactly how it works I've laid it out for you and I'm going to go here I'm going to show you screen shares of what I actually did and I'm going to show it all so you get the conception you can do it yourself so there's really two types of funnels from organic content now organic content can be key this could be paid ads as well but we don't want people spending money necessarily organic content so this could be YouTube videos people are clicking links you purchase things there's two main paths here this is path number one path number two path number one is what I've done for the Last 5 Years path number two I've done for about a year or so so this one is what I call selfservice it's a fancy Tech word that they use it means that you don't have to do anything once it's set up once it's set up people check out on their own that's basically what it means they go to a checkout page and they buy stuff so getting people through this process is a persuasion technique it's a way to get people through to understand a transformation and the product that they're going to Cur to finally get them to a product so what does that look like well somebody clicks a link in a YouTube video they first get to a landing page let's look at an example of one of mine there so this is an example of one of my landing pages sign up and you get a free Master Class the blueprint to launch grow scale of 10K month blog with AI strong bold headline exactly what they get that's the main component of a landing page follow Follow by this so all you need is the first name and email they get access to it a couple bullet points don't overthink this it's more about if somebody's watching content of yours and you're building an audience how could they work with you a little bit further what are things that you'd want to provide so with this very simple once they fill this form out they then get into the email series well after the email I send them the actual master class so this is a 40-minute vssl video sales letter which we'll cover on exactly what they get how they can work with me more we'll go exactly through that so they can get that through email and then in the course of the emails in the transformational emails that you send people it then gets to a sales page which is this SE section right here these are the main things so this is like one is landing page then an email series sales page checkout it's really the flow of a self-service funnel so really here you're getting people through the emails to click links in the emails to them this sales page which is a full sales page there's different components of that that we'll cover and then it gets to a check out page final value check out people can buy this and then they get into the community from there so if we look here at the email Series this is exactly what it looks like in active Campaign which is what we use to send welcome email number one it says you're in here's the blogging master class so link to the actual training which is just a video on a page and different things and then you can see in this automation so it's under automations you can see it waits a day and then it says email 2 Waits 8 hours sends email 3 16 hours for the next day email 4 5 5 6 7 8 9 10 11 12 12 emails in this sequence now I've done email sequences of four emails 7 emails 12 emails ultimately you want to get people through this process so this works in any Niche but we have to figure out is what are we getting first so first is this the vssl this is the most important thing now this could be a lead magnet it could be something that you're just giving away but really A vssl is the main training that you're going to be providing from your YouTube channel so the video sales letter has a different you know different length different components to it sometimes you know back in the day they used to be like 90 minutes long and you'd have to take people on this journey of why they should work with you and the transformation all that stuff people's attention spans are a lot shorter usually now they're like 20 to 30 minutes max and there's really simple components to this if we look at the one that I created this has been number of different iterations but ultimately it starts with you're creating a video here you're creating a video to get people to buy a product from you of some kind this could be in a fitness Niche this could be like how you lost weight and how you want to teach people how to do it with your methods it could be a money-making opportunity like crypto or like investing or starting a blogging business or anything like that it could even be something like joining your woodworking program right it's just talking a video sales letter takes people through transformation so the first step is in the video there's like four main sections of the video one of them the first one is like who this video is for so hey are you struggling to start a successful online business have you tried and failed before have you done this this and this then this video is probably for you this video is especially for you if X Y and Z okay now you set the stage a little bit and then you have to say well who the heck are you so then you talk about your personal story that could be hey so I did this this and this like I worked at a pizza this is true about me I worked at a pizza place until I was 26 years old I was making $9 an hour I finally figured out how to do this online thing I got a couple jobs I built my blog back in 201 2019 I've built a successful business blah blah blah blah blah this is why you should trust me trust and validation showing I've shown like bank statements in here I've shown QuickBooks I've shown things like hey you can't actually trust me here this is the actual advice then from there you get into teaching so the master class has to have a teaching component this vssl has to teach something of value and you're kind of giving the tid the tidbits and teasing the top stuff and then it gets into finally the offer the transformation why you should do this what the actual thing is so for example you can see near the end of this one here if I go back a little bit you'll see what you actually get so this one is for a course AI income blueprint 37 it what else do we do well looking back at this email sequence you so there's a number of different emails here why do we have to send a bunch of emails well one email marketing is still the number one way to sell informational products it's not you know other methods it's email still and it's kind of like the old analogy of direct mail like you have to send five or six of them before people actually take action so if I were to send one email would people potentially buy from it maybe but you need you know we don't know when people are going to be even checking their inbox could be 8: a.m. on a Tuesday and they don't check it for another 6 days you need to send them a period of email so that they actually buy so you're kind of enticing people over the course of the series to get used to clicking your email clicking links in the emails and buying and by the time that they're done they've clicked links and emails watched things looked at different examples and they think okay this is actually something that I want to take part in so what does that look like well first we want to have your story so we have to do it in text based form this ultimately here when we talk about these two versions this is self-service this is sales so this is like psychology of copywriting so this is all copy and this is like verbal this is over the phone now when we're doing copy is a big component of this like there's copy on the sales page on the checkout page in all the emails there's text so we have to know what text are we putting in here and in what order well it doesn't have to be that fancy you're not trying to lie to people you're not lying at all you're just going them taking them on a journey as to why they might think about buying a thing from you so first they have to know who the heck are you right why would they buy from you if there's other options there could be other competitors out there why are you the best one why have you you've gone through this journey of exploration you could be teaching Buddhism and you could be you know teaching meditation and you have to they have to at least know who you are so one email after the vssl gives gives your story the transformation that occurred for you because ultimately a product right here is a transformation it is taking somebody from point A to point B whether that's making money getting in shape learning a new hobby learning a new skill there is a transformation every single time so you have to be the one that has proof of your own transformation there're also can be testimonial so you've done it have you helped other people do it that is actually very valuable we have a ton of testimonials back for AI income blueprint of students making 5,000 a month $1,000 $15,000 a month you showcase them show that it's possible for them and that helps too now you're not going to have testimonials at the very beginning that's fine you just ignore it you also want to talk about action versus versus in action so this is all benefit focused not necessarily just what they get but really thinking about the hopes dreams and aspirations of people so for example if you take action what could happen well you could make money right how would that change your life well you could pay down student loans you could save for retirement you could go on a vacation you could do whatever you want with that money you could have a business that you can control all of those things well what happens if you don't take action you probably watch YouTube videos for another two or three years you don't take action nothing changes you still go back to the job you don't like all of those negative things that can happen when people don't take action so that's an interesting email to send then you at least you want to get into what the offer is so people need to tangibly know what it even is what is the product you can't be vague here at all people have to know what it is so if it's 37 videos a community one-on-one coaching live q&a's drive down that list of what it is and what's really good about the actual process here is it could just be a course it could just be it could just be one-on-one coaching you do a live Q&A call a zoom call once a week no crazy Tech implementation but they have to know what it is and then some type of urgency so there's a thing called deadline funnel you can use or other things to really cap promotions into a weekly format so that there's a reason to buy right now and not other times right maybe you have a 30% discount running on this thing and it runs out in one day people tend to buy at the end of that period not at the beginning so all of these emails though this goes post the first email this is email one it goes to the actual video and that video links to as you can see underneath the video it links to the sales page directly underneath the video right here so this links right to it all of these emails then here here here here and here link to the sales page in every single one somewhere early in the email somewhere near the end of the email for sure you're linking to the thing are you ready to get enrolled are you ready to get started join this and enter and go to the sales page so the point of the emails is to and what's really good about this if you're doing it organically on YouTube most of the persuasion and trust is already built from them watching your YouTube channel so that's the key about really being an expert in your Niche or at least teaching in your Niche you can give all the value all the trust like on my channel I have over 400 videos if you want to buy something great if you don't just watch all the videos for free right so there's no hard feelings there you build a ton of trust with Organic content that you don't really get with paid ads a paid ad is just abruptly 30 seconds put in someone's face and it's like yes you can close people over the phone with that method but you can build a lot of early trust just from YouTube then the vssl is kind of showing the ex the experience that they'll get if they work with you all of the emails the whole purpose of this is to get to the sales page so let's talk about that all right so this is an example of a sales page that we used in the past so this is again a headline battle battle tested blueprint to Launch going scale 10 came on the website with AI and then a sub headline a little bit more context get the courses Frameworks one-on-one coaching so we have five coaches that I hire and pay every single month to be in there and Community to make passive income if you're brand new and tried and failed before so this is a a little bit more of just a quick how long is this here 17 minute little sales video going over exactly what's in the course so I cover I kind of go over the sales page literally I'm just like looking at this page talking about this page so not everybody looks and watches this sales video but it's a nice thing that you can have so you can go over you know I covered like this is the exact videos that you get this is the series this is what they are so it's a little bit more information and whenever there's an enroll button on a sales page it can go down to the final enrollment button which gets people to the checkout page so it's a jump link down the page so there's ultimately like what you want on a sales page is headline with potentially video or not just a headline of what the the course Community is about a little bit of copy here so you need to comp you can see this is a little bit outdated this is just an old page I'm showing you building an online business how to do it and then it introduces the actual product what you actually get the values that you get out of it and then this is where it gets a little bit long so this is a little bit ridiculous but let me just go down here where and then here's exactly what you get so you get 37 videos 15 AI Frameworks true oneon-one coaching there's now 4500 or more in the community but it goes through the different phases of the course Phase 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 all with enrollment buttons throughout and then we have we offer unlimited coaching you get more support So DM we have a DM coach as well live weekly q&as so we have people joining so that's where a lot of information is going nowadays it's not just a dead course that no one visits it's interaction it's Community it's Zoom it's coaching and you always want to have some limited time bonuses so we did a new a brand new course on using make.com for AI you know showing how to automate blogs and stuff like that so showing all of the bonuses we've created a lot of content over the years so ultimately this is pretty long but it gets to the final thing here they click enroll and then they get to a checkout page which looks like this so it's a simple checkout page this is it this is it here I like having like on one side you know all you want to make this as short and simple as possible so name email phone number credit card information and then actually what they get here just to reconfirm this is what you're getting right away and you can click enroll and then that's done it'll automatically use Z here to get people into a school Community it's all automated so once it's set up the emails are set up the vssl is set up the sales page is done the checkout page is done yes all of these things are assets it takes a little bit time to create but it's not that complicated the sales page this one just looks really long it's way too long to be honest the components of a good sales page is basically a a headline the transformation that you're going to get somebody through what they actually get any bonuses you have some type of transformation why they'd want to work with you and then click a button to check out it's really that simple most again most of the trust is built on YouTube organic content through the emails and all of that so when we think about really what does it take to create this well You' need a YouTube channel some type of audience mechanism but really when we're talking about the funnel there's the initial page to collect their email address so that could be clickfunnels that could be WordPress could be any number of different things the emails themselves which could be kit convertkit for free I would just recommend that a sales page which could also be WordPress or clickfunnels a checkout page which could be Sam cart or Thrive cart or one of these different tools getting people into a product which could be school which is you know Community platform that has forums discussions calendars Live Events all the videos and all that all with zapier so you get from one to the next to the next to the next into the product with no manual work after it's set up and running now what's interesting is you see me on YouTube you see myself however there's about 10 people behind the scenes that are doing this stuff so we have Jim who does marketing who writes all of these we do different promos different angles different series we also have Colin who is my business partner kind of the CEO of the company running the things behind the scenes thinking of the strategies what we want to do here updating the products updating the messaging and all of that I live up here on YouTube land where I come up with really good YouTube video ideas I come up with the concepts I prep and shoot the videos so it's a whole stream of different things but it's a little bit bigger than it looks on the outside with just me talking to a random camera so ultimately this whole model to the left here and I'm going to kind of block it over over this whole model right here is Evergreen meaning it just runs so YouTube views get in to leads to sales Evergreen there's also promotions that we run so back when we launched blog Earth engine originally in 2021 we did a big promotion we sent seven emails to an email list over the course of 7 days we announced it and we got about $280,000 in sales or something like that so we've had with this method some really big months 200,000 plus months now that's really good we've made millions of dollars with this method and we've really we did this when we started in 2021 we didn't even really know what we were doing or if it would even work if people would even buy the thing but over the course of the last four years we've really figured it out and mastered it and we're going to cover the math of all of this soon and actually what that looks like how much money you can make based on YouTube views audience building and all of that so why would we do sales if we're making so much money on this one well this one is for products that are priced between about Z and 2K so that could be something that's even like a three pay of 700 or something with a 4pay of 600 something like that in that range something that is enough money not enough money too much people are still going to check out they're going to click they're going to put their credit card in they're going to leave if someone if something is $5,000 or more usually people aren't just going to put in their credit card and give away five grand now they can I've done it for like ATVs and some type of more expensive products but for information they're usually not going to do it this is where sales comes in so why would we do this well this is usually for products that are like 3K Plus or you know 3K a month plus things like that so let's get into this and this is what gave us months of 400,000 or more 500,000 or more and this is a completely different system than this now the benefits of this is there's a lot less Tech implementation here than there is over here for here there's email marketing there's landing pages there's all these different things zap here like marketing stuff marketing nerd stuff analytics all of that numbers lots of numbers here this side is a lot simpler so let me show you what sales is so instead of self-service there is not self-service this is a tech SAS term this is just sales this means a person on the phone or on Zoom closing an actual sale so how this works from organic content is a YouTube viewer clicks a link not to a landing page like I showed you but they click a link to an application now this application is just qualifying someone for a booked call so it's a application it could be type form it could be a Google form and it goes through a series of questions then validate them and if they are validated it takes them to a calendly link or some type of calendar application where they book a call with an implementation specialist or something like that it's usually not called A salesperson an implementation person so now what's interesting about this model is you can really validate people so if the if the cost of your product is coaching we have to really first frame pricing here for a second because a lot of people that watch my videos say you have a course for $500 or $1,000 that is so expensive I can never afford it well there are people on YouTube making you know selling $10,000 a month products right masterminds that are $50,000 a year we just have to really reframe mind to what money is because this model this information business model it's pretty new but you just have to think bigger when it comes to numbers which we'll show you here in a second with the math But ultimately there's plenty of people that are charging 3 to 5K per month for a business strategy technical implementation of a of a product that they're doing that then gets people through and they pay it over the course of three months maybe they pay $9,000 total and then they're done so that's kind of the method here but through this we have to realize that you can ask a number of leading questions so that could be you know what are your biggest challenges are you interested in starting this type of business or this type of business how much money do you have to invest right now in the opportunity right because we don't want to waste our time on a sales call with somebody who only wants to spend $50 and what's interesting about price I I'm going to have a full video on price but price ultimately dictates the quality of your customer especially in the information sales world like if you have somebody paying you $50 they are totally not invested there is no urgency for them to take any action and most of them don't trust me I've taught over 6,000 people now doing this if someone's paying you 50 bucks they will be asking you the same question 9 months later and they have taken no action yet because they have no desire there's no urgency there's no anything right and I I say to people you shouldn't be here in nine months I want to teach you enough through this implementation of starting a business that in nine months you should be able to do this on your own right you shouldn't still have not taken action however that's based on lower priced products lower priced course offer offerings and things like that like a monthly $50 a month type of thing however if someone's paying you $3,000 a month they have an incentive to actually get the thing done within 90 days and then they're done right so they could set up all of this in 90 days have YouTube videos done thumbnails videos done and all of it done in 90 days and they're actually getting their money back taking action generating sales because they're actually a better customer there's people out there with that level of money so you better you know you might as well well understand pricing in order to do it so you're qualifying you're finding qualified leads into booked calls and then what is the actual sale how does that work let's get into that so this right here is a sale right this is how do you actually give people to get on a zoom call with you and give have them give you $3,000 $5,000 or $10,000 on a call plenty of people do it right there's plenty of businesses hundreds or thousands of businesses bus out there of people doing this online it's how Grant Cardone makes all his money it's you know the Alex horos harosi methods of closing big deals over the phone tons of people do it it happens in pretty much any Niche so we have to just kind of again think bigger so this is a sales script it's a process so somebody jumps on a zoom call you go through a very simple process first there's an icebreaker right you're talking to somebody how how are you doing what's going on hey so let's let's kind of set the stage there's expectation setting right so we want you know set the expectation right away like something like thanks again for hopping on with me my goal is to learn more about your business how I can help you grow so it's more solution-based sales and really what we have to find here are what I we're calling the seven beliefs to uncover during Discovery so number one pain is there a specific challenge what is their pain Point what are they struggling with most when it comes to weight loss if it's Fitness or making money if it's business right then there's doubt What's blocking progress so everybody every human being has self-limiting beliefs in some way that has come up in different ways for most of my life I did till I was about in my late 20s to 30s till I figured it out but what is blocking the progress why haven't you done it right usually it's they don't understand a certain key aspect of the business process they haven't done it yet next is cost so not that's not like actual money cost that is mental cost like what what happens if nothing changes what is your life like nothing changes you haven't started a business you're going back to your job at Circuit City and it doesn't exist anymore and you know bills are piling up and you know there's got to be a better way desire where do you want to go well what would money mean to you what would starting this type of business mean to you would it mean that you could you know people in their 20s they might want to like travel the world and ball out spend a bunch of money buy a yacht right buy a Rolex move to Dubai all those things so maybe somebody in their 30s their desire is just to make enough money to save for retirement spend more time with their family so you have to kind of get it at a psychological emotional level to understand how is this business how is this thing going actually help you money right here number five can they financially commit so people are through all walks of life with different amounts of money some people have trust funds and they're like here's $10,000 no problem I have a bunch of money or they've become somewhat wealthy from a 10year career in the tech industry they've got 300K in the bank or 600 K in the bank and they're willing to spend some money to make a million or they don't have enough money and they're at that point it's kind of over right if they don't have the money to spend there's certain sales guys that teach like hardcore Wolf of Wall Street style go get a credit card and you know make it work kind of stuff I don't really believe in that I don't think that people should be putting course sales on a credit card necessarily or information sales like that like there are people that say go sign up for a credit card call me back tomorrow that's not really what we want we teach in our company there are plenty of sales leaders and people that teach sales that do that they say go get a credit card go buy and do it but that's just not what we do um support do decision makers align maybe your wife your husband isn't quite into the opportunity if it's $3,000 you have to kind of get decision makers all on board and then trust why trust your method so those are the things you're kind of going for so ultimately you start with the Icebreaker you set expectations then there's lots of different transitions so then you transition into figuring out the solution asking lots of questions right asking where you at right now what are you struggling with all of that going through the the pains the doubts and then eventually you transfer you understand you say okay you're going to transfer into the solution so you transition to the solution which becomes a highlevel promise so focusing on the result not the process so basically I believe that we can help you this is going to be a five-step process to take you from where you are now to the desired situation and the desired time frame okay so it's a high level promise I think we can do this and you're not lying the more that's the thing about sales is if you actually have a good business and you have a good product which you know we do we've had thousands of students go through this with coaching and we we've had plenty of months where we've actually broke even or you know spent a lot of money on coaching right because we invest in the business but it's all about having confidence in your product if you know you're selling a product and you're getting people to pay you $3,000 for it then you're going to feel pretty bad I'm pretty sure that goes against the Buddhist fundamentals of what your job should be right you're not deceiving people into things you actually want to help people with a solution that you've done yourself I feel confident about teaching this because we've done it we've made that money so I can be confident in saying hey this is what we can help you do so ultimately your first is the highle promise and then you're kind of getting into the bridge which is the 3 to steps to get there so this is exactly what we're going to do and that's kind of based on where the person is what they want to learn and what you're teaching so it could be a weight loss thing and you're like hey so what we're going to do is I'm going to do we're going to do weekly sessions or like two two times a week sessions the week number one we're going to get over your diet Fitness we're going to I'm going to give you the implementation of your nutrition plan where you're going to have the exact grocery list you have to shop and then day two we'll get into the you know we're going to start based on you we'll do some measurements we'll do this this we're going to get in your training program we're going to do so you're kind of going through a quick three five-step process of what they're going to get and then you have to confidently State the price right this is going to cost this much money and then you wait and you you're silent you they wait you wait for yes or no and there's going to be objection handling there's going to be all of those sales things I mean sales is such a deep topic there's so many different types of sales people that do it their whole career and ultimately you you know again High Lev promise into the pillars into the price into the cloth and then the cloth you know you're usually collecting the payment information over the phone you're you're sending them a link to purchase over the phone right away so you want to actually present the price confidently position it as the next logical step transition into any objections that they might have get through the committing phase and then just move on to the exciting part of what is actually next quick note too there's also a lot lot lot lot more to this there's things like objection handling like paid in full are they going to pay in full or are they going to backtrack a little bit and pay over the course of a two pay or three pay how do you handle that what do you do how do you collect the payment there's a lot of it however we just have to know that this is a little bit more intimidating if you're just starting and haven't done this before however it's a lot simpler from a technical implementation standpoint the application is like a Google form or type form into booking a calendly call and zoom into collecting with a payment processor and then just manually getting people into the actual product which could just be a coaching program it could just be sending people a bunch of documents and getting them on another Zoom call right so it does or in WhatsApp or slack or some type of group community that you have as well all right so we covered a lot these are the two main typ typ of funnels now let's actually get into the fun part the math of how this actually what this actually could look like based on YouTube views based on all kinds of different stuff so let's first start with self-service so let's say that you have 10,000 YouTube views that could be typically a single video so we have our channel gets anywhere between 300,000 and 500,000 views a month but that could be 10,000 views now what we found that's interesting is from here we want to average it out we don't want to overestimate this stuff make it it seem like you're going to get super super rich we want to underestimate if anything I'm going to say 1% of people will become a lead so that's a 1% conversion rate so that means out of 10,000 YouTube views 1% of the people watching will click a link in your YouTube video and become an email subscriber send you their actual email now we've had anywhere from 0.5 up to 2% depending on how good the actual vssl and the landing page was so get a landing page and a really crappy offer then it's a lot lower so I'm going to say 1% on average this could be two just let's just say one for this argument that's 100 leads 1% of 10,000 right so 100 leads at a 2% conversion right to sale this could be 2% to sale that's two sales right it's very simple math and then say it's $1,000 product that's 2K so you can make in this example this is a very simple math and it's actually very realistic to make $2,000 from 10,000 YouTube views it's not that crazy it's actually a ton of people doing it we've done it plenty of times we have individual videos on our Channel about blogging like if I was going to start a blog in 2024 this is what I'd do has close to 300,000 views on YouTube we've probably made about $300,000 just from that one video with this method right here from one simple video that I shot shot it's not all that amazing just me talking about the opportunities so this is one method this is based and dictated by the view to lead conversion rate right here and then the lead to sale conversion rate and what's kind of nice about this is you can find problems in the funnel based on where they are so if you look at the numbers and you just say all right I got you know instead of 100 leads that week maybe you got you look at your YouTube long form views all of your videos going to the same landing page in the description the Top Line in your description if you're like huh that week I only got 50 instead of 100 this is 0.5% not one what's wrong here something's wrong here something is wrong in this component maybe I forgot to even mention the link in the video or maybe I mentioned click that link and like the 9 Minute Mark or it could be an issue in that amount of the actual landing page right maybe the headline sucks maybe the headline is not interesting this is usually a problem of the landing page or the video typically if it's a low lead percentage it's going to be the landing page it's either too complicated people don't know what they're getting the biggest complaint that beginners the biggest thing that they don't do right is just the offer sucks the headline sucks people don't even know what they what it is or you know if it's if you're if the problem's here from lead to sale then you're going to realize it's a problem with the sales page and the emails the emails aren't enticing enough you can actually see the open rate and click rate of every single email that you send so if usually we're seeing a good rate of like usually the open rate of the first email is 50 to 70% right people some people don't even open it which is kind of interesting but and then over here it's like maybe 40% 35% 32% 30% 25% whatever you know it slowly goes down and trickles down over time but the issue could be a really low click rate maybe people aren't clicking the email maybe the sales page sucks so you can start identifying where the issue is based on these numbers so there's a lot of really good math that you can do to figure out the source of the problem if you can lift the conversion rate from 2% to 4% now all of a sudden from 100 leads you have four sales now you're at 4K so you can literally double it with just some tweaks in this thing so it's a lot of really interesting numbers you can do we've tweaked all of this stuff we've gotten this number from 0.5 to 2% we've gotten this number from 2% to 4% we've done that before and it's just with small tweaks the vssl is also a big one too there's some huge tweaks you can make with that maybe it's a 45 minute vssl that just is too long and too winded doesn't get to the point you change the first five minutes of it you shorten it now all of a sudden you see this number triples just because the vssl is a lot simpler and better so to confirm selfservice has different conversion metrics that you're looking for which is the lead the view to lead conversion rate and the lead to sale conversion rate which is dictated Again by the YouTube video the topic and telling people to actually click the link you have to do that to the landing page the initial landing page to the emails the sales page so it's all dictated by that so let's then get into instead of self-service so this is really good numbers so if we had 2K on 10,000 YouTube views made you this got go if you made 2,000 on 10,000 views there's not diminishing returns on this the math tends to work and extrapolate out yes if you're going really broad with your videos and they have nothing to do with your product and you're getting more ancillary views or short views don't count there YouTube shorts or Tik Tock views that doesn't count quite as much but the math holds so now instead if you have 200,000 views on your channel which you can get to over the course of 6 to 12 months if you do this correctly and you're really consistent you have a good YouTube thumbnail video strategy now instead of that you have that 10K the math I think if my math is right is something like I don't know 40K yes the math is correct I figured it out but yes that's 40K a month with which is just 40 sales so this isn't being Mr Beast this isn't some giant Hugh channel it's just teaching and having the correct offer with the correct persuasion techniques and actually doing it and the big thing is like well what if I don't have all of this yet you just Build It Up over time okay so that's all fine and good let's talk about the sales method let's talk about doing it over the phone now here's another example 10,000 YouTube views to an application to an app so let's assume super low conversion numbers here if 1% of people 2% will just fill out their email address how many people are going to fill out a form well it really depends on the video TP I a lot of those things but I'm going to assume a really low number here just for our sake and I'm going to say 0.25% uh fill out the app so that leaves us with 25 applications 25 people filled out the application of them not everybody's going to be qualified they might not have enough money they might have all kinds of objections all of that we're going to say that 13ish of them are qualified which is just eight qualified leads mqls Mark qualified leads so that's eight people eight calls that a closer is going to have on the phone with them and a good close rate is usually like 30 to 50% 50% is pretty crazy I'm going to even assume in this example just so we're low that it's 25% 25% close that's two sales now in this method it's not a $1,000 or a $500 product it could be a 3,000 6,000 $8,000 product it's really dictated by the niche that you're in you kind of keep you know you look at the price what the opportunity is we've covered it in other videos with pricing you want to have 10x value meaning if you can teach somebody how to make a million dollars then what and they legitimately can make a million dollars and hypothetically you could charge $100,000 for that because it's 10 times the value so it's the price and value equation so if it's a $1,000 product you're providing you want to provide $10,000 worth of value so if it's you know teaching people how to make a million dollars through a system like this I'm not going to charge $100,000 but let's just say hypothetically that it is 5,000 a month for 3 months 5K a month well maybe if they instead of you know doing 5K a month for 3 months that's 15K if you pay 12 you can do it all right now so this could be a 12K sale this happens all the time again don't get weird about the big numbers so then this is 24K two sales at 12K is 24K so what's interesting is 10,000 YouTube views made $24,000 this happens every single day this isn't I'm not making this up this happens all the time there's plenty of small YouTube channels with under 100,000 subscribers doing this right now so as you can see instead of 2K you made 12 so that's 12 times more from sales than you get from this form of marketing generally I think from what I've seen it's like an 8 to 12 times more doing it over the phone with sales and getting the most qualified people because this is what you're looking for you have 10,000 views on a video we're trying to find the eight people that actually care so that's like interesting about this video there might be 99.9% of people watching this video are like well I don't want to do any of this I'm just looking for the one person that is that actually wants to implement something over the course of 90 days right and do it quickly and take action and get coaching and help to do it so thinking about it through that lens only needing like eight qualified leads from 10,000 views you start talking to a different audience you start making your videos different you start realizing that you don't need to go viral you just need to get some consistent views so then you know the math gets crazy if you start really looking at that so then all of a sudden if you have a good system in place and you have a single closer how many sales calls can they do a week well if they can do five a day times five days a week maybe 25 to 30 calls a week that's 120 calls a month you could really fill this up you could really fill this up to the point where if you have 200,000 views on YouTube you 20x of this and then the math I believe if my math is correct is 480k on 200k views that's where this thing gets crazy that's where this thing gets exciting is that with a very simple sales funnel teaching something valuable on YouTube and building trust you can have a relatively small Channel making this much every single month and what's crazy about this is this is all can be started by one person you can hypothetically make the video do it over the phone do all of that until you eventually make a sale or two and then scale up from there so I hope you really enjoyed this video kind of new topics
