hey you guys it's Adam so in this video I'm covering how I made $14.7 million with $10.2 million of profit while spending Z on ads so it's really not that complicated I'm covering a lot cover it all behind me this is how most people I know have gotten an online business that doesn't just make 5K a month or 10K a month but like 30k 50k 200k a month so this money it really changed my life so first I was able to like pay off a bunch of student loans that I had for my college degree that I didn't know how to use that was kind of point pointless then I was able to you know save for retirement buy a giant house on 30 Acres you know travel around the world most importantly though not have to go to my office every day where I was stressed out of my mind so in this video I'm going to show you how I did it working on it like now 10 hours a week or so so how to build a six figure a month business not per year but per month so this is how to build an actual information product to sell how to grow an audience for that product how to turn the audience into leads and sales very important and then fulfillment so customer success and the team and the tech implementation that you need all while automating this as much as possible because you might be working full-time like I was when I first started so let's get into it all right so this is it this is the eight figure business model we're going to cover it in depth first is your offer which is what actual product you're going to sell this is typically a transformation for your customer so you're going to either get them from point A to point B now there's different niches that you can choose for your individual personal brand right and I have two different tiers here health wealth and relationships hwr and then Hobbies now any Niche can create an informational product to sell when you think about it this is the democratization of Education people spend 50 Grand 100 grand for college they will spend money to learn a skill that an individual leader can teach and know through paid ads or YouTube so with that this is what huge businesses are being built with first when we think about health wealth and relationships why is that separate well you can just make typically a little bit more money with that because people spend more on those issues people want to get in shape Health right get a six-pack get ripped nutrition all that stuff they'll pay for wealth so anything from making money so that could be cryptocurrency making money investing that can be blogging YouTube teaching anything about running a gym running a laundromat all kinds of things that people would pay for and then relationships if you have if you're about to get divorced people will shell out a lot of money to save their marriage with different tips and techniques so there's all kinds of different information this is information sales this is the biggest business to run right now so think about how do we price an actual offer we have a personal brand we want to teach something what do we actually do well the pricing is typically what I call 10x value per year so that means you want to provide value to your customers that is 10 times the price so if you think about business coaching if I you know if somebody's teaching you how to run a successful gym for example and you can make you know a profit of $100,000 a year with that information well then the course could cost $10,000 because you're helping them make 100K you're helping them make 100 with 10 now if you think about it with Hobbies Hobbies is a little bit different because we're not there's not a direct Roi when you buy something there's a fun element right you want to do a hobby for fun in a community so I usually think of the value equation for something like woodworking or gardening or beer making or any of these other types of niches that you could create a product on think about what a course like a class would cost and in a local class on this topic because through this as we cover the implementation which is three different elements there's the actual course like a video hosted course coaching one-on-one coaching or just done for you implementation when we think about it that way what would you know a weekly class on woodworking cost maybe $50 to go into a class 50 time 52 weeks a year is over it's $2,600 so you could you know have I put 1K here but this is like a 1 to 2K type of course sale that you can make for a hobby and it's a really strong offer because if you think about it you do a if you do a Q&A once a week that could be $50 a class $2,500 product right here so just different price points but you want to 10x the value that the customer gets if a customer spends 100 they should get the value of a th000 very simple math on that now there's also different elements here that dictate the price that you can charge for an individual informational product so that is speed so again if you could get a sixpack instantly people would pay tens of thousand thousands if not hundreds of thousands of dollars to just look down and have a six-pack with no effort no time pass right so anything that is business related is going to require some time how much time does it take how much you know effort as well so effort can be a negative because if it takes a ton of effort to do this and you're going to be slaving away hey you're going to buy this thing but you're going to be slaving away for four years before you make a dollar well that's going to lower the price too the time commitment it takes the chance of a positive outcome and the likelihood of success so the likelihood of success is you know if you're investing in crypto you're giving up a lot of likelihood of success so that course might cost less because it's not guaranteed Nothing in life is guaranteed but what is the likelihood of outcome so something that can be done quickly that has the likelihood of outcome with little effort and little time will create a higher price versus something that takes a ton of time a ton of effort with a low likelihood of success so when we think about a niche you can choose any Niche you want to start brainstorming what your offer could be and we're going to get into other things here include how do you build your audience how to generate people here and customers into leads and sales but first we have to talk about what is this product even we're going to cover here first so this is fulfillment this is the last step but I want to cover it now because what what even is this right so there's three different types of basically informational products that we can sell number one is DIY so that's do it yourself that's a hosted video plus a community very simple so that could be using school and zapier to zap at people in so that could be you shoot 10 hours of video footage it's hosted in a course platform people buy it and then there's a a forum a community that people can interact with this could also include things like live q&as that you do every week on Zoom classes and things like that this is the lowest price option for the customer the mid-price point option is one-on-one or group coaching so that is actually individualized to the customer itself that could be on WhatsApp or slack where they're getting a direct communication line with the Creator so this has a higher price because group coaching is worth more think about like a lot of people think that oh my gosh like $5,000 it's so much money it is not there are people I know that spend $5,000 a month on their personal trainer okay and that's just doing some sessions every week for the month so when you think about it through the lens of that like personal trainers can charge a lot of money thousands of dollars why can't I charge $1,000 when I'm coaching something that could actually either make that money or can be an interesting skill and hobby that they can have so this one's the middle one and this implementation is WhatsApp slack things that are direct communication with the customer this could be oneon-one which is a direct communication with you this could also have coaches you could hire a coach and they could just do this for you or it could be small group sessions of you know 10 people or less that you're doing the final one the most expensive option that you can offer is the FY done for you that is the tech implementation of the whole process so for example if I wanted to give this entire thing and build it for somebody with my team of video editors my marketing team my CEO and actually do this for somebody build create the YouTube videos the thumbnails the topics build the backend sales funnel build everything that would be a done for you Tech implementation and that actually is the highest price point that you can offer so can you offer all three yes you could offer two of the three you can offer one you can just do a course but really you have to kind of make up your mind on what this is we are teaching topics to get people to do them and there's tons of ways you can do it you don't have to over complicate it where oh I got to shoot 40 hours of videos put it into a course no you can just do a group coaching session on Zoom once a week don't overthink it the value isn't in this perfectly hosted 1080p video it could just be some documents and a zoom call it's really that simple depends on what people need and the transformation and how you can get people to do what you're teaching so next we have you know the offer okay that's cool we have to create something that people will buy that can transer form them based on the information that we're giving them we can then fulfill it in a number of different simple ways to charge this is typically $1 to $2,000 this is typically $3 to $6,000 a month and then this is typically 8 to 12,000 a month yes that is correct and through this when you're doing coaching when you're doing done for you this isn't like you know I'm going to they're going to give me $10,000 a month for a year Well a year is a really long time you want to do this for like three months let's stop here for a quick word from actually take action they can just sit back wait nine months before they do anything if someone gives you a couple Grand then they're going to want to do this thing really quickly they're going to want to Sprint through 90 days and be done and that's the goal of teaching we don't want to teach forever I don't want you to come back two years from now and be watching the same videos and not take any action so we have to really reframe our mind what a lot of money is and put it through the lens of what is a personal trainer that could be thousands of dollars and I'm teaching something that can have a Direct business income in their life change their life that could be worth a lot more so with that said that's the offer that's the Fulfillment next we have audience generation so really when we think about an audience any brand needs an audience Nike needs an audience they do Super Bowl ads a marketing agency needs leads and clients right a laundromat needs people to come through the door and put money into the machine so no matter what it is you need an audience to know that you exist it's really that simple no matter what kind of brand you are especially today with personal branding this is the you know the economy of the individual one single person can build a huge following so these are two main ways that you're going to build an audience for this type of business YouTube number one and then optionally paid ads number two now this is a way to do it pretty fast but you have to spend your own money and there's different formulas here so with YouTube you could go down rabbit holes of information and we'll cover a lot of this of how to grow a successful YouTube channel for this type of business because no we're not Mr Beast we're not creating viral videos that are going to get a billion views we're creating simple teaching videos finding the right students even if the video gets 5,000 views maybe that leads to two sales at $10,000 right so really though the YouTube principles apply the YouTube algorithm is required that is really good thumbnails really good titles topics that match with the interest of your customers and then teaching and really consistency this is key is consistency creating a YouTube publishing schedule in your nich and just sticking to it so if it's one video a week then you never waver from that it's two video a weeks never waver from that so it's really you know what's nice about this is when we're doing this type of thing on YouTube we can make a lot more money there's a lot of channels out there that have millions of subscribers that don't make the same amount of money that my channel makes because we are teaching high value business education and getting customers right this is kind of generally a new business model that a lot of people aren't doing but this is the way to make a lot of money on YouTube it's teaching because when you teach you actually have an offer a product to sell not just an entertaining video now this could go I could go on this for hours like good thumbnails titles topics videos how to keep people engaged with the video even the video we did today had some interesting engagement it's like hey are you interested in doing this this is you know a transformation that it could occur for you this is what I did this is how I did it right this is how it changed my life just these things that are true I'm not making anything up to get views on YouTube we have to have really good thumbnails so people can click on the videos right good topics that are interesting and engaging what happens on YouTube typically is somebody comes up with a really good format so you've probably seen maybe some you know two hours of 30 years of sales advice in 25 minutes and then someone else copies it and does 60 Minutes 60 years of marketing advice in two hours and then it's like 10 years of sales advice in 47 minutes and it's you know see the thumbnail it's like an arrow over the person's head it's just been done a million times now there tends to be like Trends on YouTube where things work really well for a while but then they kind of die down so if you tried to do that now if you took a video that was N9 months old and you looked at that format you're like that's good but you see it's been done a bunch of times and that's really not going to go viral you need to come up with your own topics thumbnails strategies the good news is when you're just starting it can a very simple kind of some keyword Focus videos so that YouTube understands your Niche if you're talking about woodworking right it' be like woodworking 101 everything you need to know you don't have to over complicate some crazy before after crazy Concept in a video but there's a lot of you know strategy involved in growing a YouTube channel but again the key is consistency so how do we get people from YouTube to this leads and sales we'll get to that in a second but also I just want to cover paid ads So Paid ads are a little bit different pretty much through meta that we're creating them now these are simple 30C to 2 minute maybe three or 4 minute videos that you create and there's different concepts so there's like a hook there's the story you're telling and a call the action so a hook is like you're trying to find this ideal customer so I could say something like hey are you a YouTuber or are you do you have a course business and you're making $2 to $5,000 a month but you want to scale up and you're stuck you're stuck and you can't get to $50,000 a month then let me show you what I did that's the hook right and then I get into this and then I do a little teaching a little storytelling get into it call to action at the end make sure to either fill out an application or join a webinar which could be a pre-recorded webinar that is going you know 60 Minutes teaching going through phases getting people to check out so we'll cover a lot of this this is all about consistency and constant learning because it's all data driven we got to figure this out over the course of time now a lot of people can do this a lot of people can teach YouTube and say Here's how to get a bunch of views on YouTube and a lot of people do that what most people don't understand is how to teach or do this part so how do we actually get people from a YouTube viewer into somebody that pays you $5,000 right and that's what a lot of people are doing this is the hidden part that you don't see so there's two main systems here for leads this is what I'm calling leads and sales but there's two options here and it really is dictated kind of by the price point and what you're offering but first is self-service what kind of tech tech world called self-service this is basically people see your video they click a link they sign up their email they get emails they buy it they check out they become a customer you don't have to touch anything there's no touch points here this is what we did for about three years and made tons of millions of dollars doing this this method there's also sales which we've done as well so this looks a little bit different but this requires Rees a person on the phone to close the deal usually things that are 2,000 3,000 $5,000 or more requires a person on the phone to actually answer and do it because a lot of the times people aren't going to put their credit card in and buy something for $5,000 in a checkout on the website it just doesn't happen so this is sales so let's cover each of these real quick first email self-service so somebody watches a YouTube video they watch it at certain point in the video and probably that's within the first couple of minutes because we know that views happen and then people slowly trickle out we don't want to only have calls to action at the very end of the video about two minutes in you say hey if you're interested in learning more make sure to click the link in the description below and you will get something now that is your lead magnet that is what you're are going to be offering for free you have to provide something of value for free to get people to enter their email address so we did join my blogging master class I did that for like two and a half years or something I didn't even change the call to action was the same master class which was a teaching component of how to build it plus what we call a vssl a video sales letter it's a psychological way to get people interested and engaged so you say you know this is the transformation that can occur for you this is what I did this is what happens if you take action this is what happens if you don't take action here's a link to buy so the lead magnet is really important and this can be dictated by the niche so for example if you're in woodworking it could be a really simple lead magnet hey click the link below and I'll send you the 10 woodworking tools that you all beginners need to start woodworking because like if I was woodworking I wouldn't know what those are or you know all kinds of different options for what the lead magnet is it's niche dependent it can be a simple PDF it can be a download it can be a video another video videos vsls are the best way to convert on this formula so all you do is send people to a single landing page link to it in the YouTube description they get to a landing page they enter their email address first name do it now this is all automated so then they get into the email sequence now the email sequence could be three emails could be four could be five six seven typically you want a week of emails so and this can look different too what the emails actually are we'll cover all of this in deep depth in the future but know that like an email series like the first email would be a welcome email so that's like hey thanks for signing up here is the lead magnet that I promised you very simple and then continues down so it could be some testimonials eventually it could be a little bit of your story the transformation that occurred for you lots of different things eventually adding links in the emails to a sales page and this goes a little deep too because there's copyrighting involved what to put on it it's pretty simple we'll teach this in the future to a sales page to check out this can all be done via zap year where they get to like a landing page from like clickfunnels or WordPress or any number of different tools to email Series in convert kit or kit for free or active campaign or something like that it's very simple to set up there's settings in there for apis and you just put a little thing in and they're all connected so then it connects they get automatic series and then they check out and then they go if if your community for example you're selling a CH they get into school with zapier so they just automatically when they check out they get a welcome into the course email and then they can click a link to join and they're automatically in so there should be this is completely hands off this I have here is 0 to 2K because people will check out and buy things in that price range or like a two pay or a three pay once it starts getting higher than that this is what you would use so this one is different this is self-service email this one is sales so this one's very simple from the YouTube video it's an application and in the application it's validating questions so do you have money to spend on this what are your main pain points getting people validated to then book a call a qualified lead booked into a you know a booked call and then a sales script and close over the phone so sales script again this goes deep too there's a lot of psychological things behind it it's really solution based sales how can we help you are you even a right fit because a lot of the times people AR in a right fit they're like I just want to do this and this they like you know what this is this actually isn't the best for best for you you're not going to really take action in these areas maybe come back in a year and we'll talk later so this is typically done over zooms this isn't like a phone call like in the old days but it's more done over Zoom really just a it's kind of like a customer onboarding type of call like what are you doing what are your main pain points right now in the area that we're going to be teaching you and is this a good fit for you if it's not that's fine but then you want to have a certain percentage here close percentage could be 50% would be really good 30% is good but really when we think about it it's kind of uh a simple process now what are good numbers here what are some good numbers well based on our data if you have YouTube views how many people become leads and then how many people become sales well let's do a couple exercises if you get YouTube views typically anywhere from 0.5% to 2% of people will become leads and that is dictated by the quality of the lead magnet and your call to action for example we ran that blogging Master Class call to action to get people people in for like 2 and 1/2 years by the end of that 2 and A2 years it was so stale people had seen it so many times that the conversion rate to lead was like 0.5% so we changed it we updated to a better AI base call to action that actually makes sense it's updated that teaches new stuff and it went from 0.5 up to like 1.7% that is three times more leads coming in for your YouTube you know videos just by changing the lead magnet and what you're saying in the call to action so that's a really good rate so if you figure I got 10,000 views on my video 2% of people let's say say 1% for simple math because that's probably averaged out 1% of people become a lead so 1% of 10,000 is 100 and then of that 2% is an average conversion rate it could be four depends on how good your emails are two to 4% let's just say two for our sake 10,000 YouTube views becomes 100 leads automated becomes two sales at $1,000 that's $2,000 for 10,000 YouTube views that's actually pretty normal for that now with this model this could really be interesting because if your video is really good and people are filling out applications or booking calls and closing sales you could have a 10,000 view video and you know you're getting 1% conversion rate to filling out the form but only like 25% of people maybe or 30% are actually qualified leads now we're talking maybe we have 10 to 20 booked calls and a couple sales closed at you know $5,000 a month or something like that now we're talking a 10,000 view YouTube video could generate 103 $40,000 of actual sales so it really just depends on the output we don't want to get this we don't have want to have to be famous on YouTube and get to millions of views to make money we want to actually help people teach interesting topics because this is about implementation this isn't just the world of there's course creators out there that they're selling dead courses and and just a video with nothing else and the long gone are those days people want implementation this is what it's about YouTube videos are teaching getting people interested when you're actually working with them as a customer you're implementing it either with them or for them so you're giving them the exact this is the blueprint here's document this is exactly what you need to do nutshell you want to have an offer build an audience to sell that offer and then fulfill it the key here is fulfilling on this offer getting people the actual success that you promise so that they can
