How To Take Action
I suggest turning your hobby into a business by finding ways to earn money from what you love. Start by identifying what you enjoy and what people might pay for.
A good way to earn extra income is through public speaking. Offer to speak at local events or workshops to share your expertise. This not only brings in money but also grows your presence.
Look into sponsorships as well. Begin by building a strong personal brand. You can do this by creating engaging content related to your interests and sharing it on social media. When your brand stands out, companies may pay for you to endorse their products. Start small, maybe with local businesses, and expand as your brand grows.
I suggest tapping into affiliate marketing for passive income. Recommend products that you use and love, and earn a commission when others buy them through your links. Choose items that align with your brand to maintain trust.
Focus on building a personal brand that reflects your personality and interests. This strengthens your influence and can bring in significant business, as seen with NP Digital. Consistent branding can lead to sales growth and attract partnerships.
Lastly, connect with like-minded individuals. Collaborate on projects or events. Networking can open doors to new opportunities, like business deals or speaking engagements, enhancing both personal growth and financial success.

Monetization is the difference between a hobby and a business. The way I monetize my personal brand is through speaking gigs, book deals, and sponsorships. First off, speaking gigs. If I choose to speak, I can generate over a million dollars in speaking fees with no problem. Sponsorship opportunities. I've been paid countless times by companies like PayPal over $100,000 to just post a video on social media. So when you build a big personal brand, people will reach out to you and constantly look to pay you to endorse their brand or speak at their event or just to get to know you or work with you. And when we look at our ad agency, NP Digital, my personal brand drives roughly $10 million worth of sales each and every single year. In our first year, we did 5 million in sales at our ad agency. All 5 million came from my personal brand. In our second year, we did $18 million in revenue. 10 million came from my personal brand. It all adds up. And you can even do things like affiliate marketing or brand partnerships which can help you generate passive income.
