Business Online something like $50,000 a month or more which would be 600,000 a year a lot of people get stuck you get stuck in that 0 to 10K range because you start growing and then you stop and you plateau we're going to cover here why you get stuck from 0 to 10K a month and how to break through to 50K a month plus that sounds like a lot right but a lot of people get stuck in the lower range so we're going to uncover why now we've averaged my business actually three different llc's 174,000 a month for 5 years now that's 60 months on a average of that some months higher some months lower but all averaged out and this is just through three different llc's now my results are not typical I was starting as a digital marketer and I learned a lot over time right these are not typical normal the algorithm rewards consistency so building a simple studio is really simple too so it's not that complicated with a simple camera like an iPhone or a budget camera a natural light from a window or you can use a tool like vid IQ for this you can put in any keyword in here and it'll just give you the outlier videos across that keyword so I put in like plant-based diet and you can see this guy here has one what is a realistic Whole Food plant-based diet 47 times the normal views on this channel this video got so you're kind of looking for Trends on different topics different thumbnails and title combinations and you can really figure it out easily another way that you can come up with ideas is to use this YouTube idea engine so this is a AI prompt that I've created and I'm going to copy this whole thing and for example here's another search I did on like passive income it's like four ways to make passive some so before and after thumbnails there's lots of different thumbnail and title combinations to get people to click because that's half the battle getting people to click and then getting people to watch the videos to then become leads in sales another way to come up with ideas is to use a so I have this YouTube idea engine AI prompt copy it paste it into chat GPT and then it'll ask let's run through this what is your main niche of interest for YouTube I'll generate five sub niches I'm going to say like yoga for example and then it'll just run through it'll give me five like categories of content that I could create and then it'll also give me a ton of video ideas all right we'll fast forward so gave me yoga for beginners for flexibility motility for mental health and relaxation for strength and then for specific audience like Runner seniors all of that so I'm going to say yoga for beginners and then it's going to give me 20 different YouTube video ideas for different topics so you can see this is actually really good ideas 10-minute morning yoga routine five essential poses I tried yoga for 30 days as a beginner here's my progress these are I kind of train that system prompt to create really good ideas so you come up with a bunch of ideas because you need to build an organic audience a real personal brand around your content right something that you can control and then funnel this into needs and sales now a couple other points that a YouTube agency would tell you about creating content is you need to master the art of the hook so the first 30 seconds of the video are really important so it's called like a violent hook like what's a really the strongest possible one sentence statement that you can make at the very beginning of a video talk about people's hopes fears dreams and blockers you know are you dealing with this struggle in this video I'm going to cover this and if you stay till the end you'll know exactly how to do this and then you know there's a teaching part so it's really simple there's a teaching component of each video and you have a point you can tell little story about how you've dealt with it you teach a certain topic you cover the outcome conclude and then build hype for the next point so there's a real formula to creating this type of content and again you want to have a clean consistent thumbnail process when you're creating thumbnails you don't want to over complicate this thing where you're working on it like 3 hours per thumbnail you want to have something that's a template either in canva or photoshop that you can just reuse over and over again really you're just finding what works and then keeping and staying consistent with it and there's a lot of different thumbnail types we could create an entire video on just YouTube thumbnails which we might in the future but there's big ones there's before and after right before was this side not good after is better big claims contrarian statements helpful words and title should complement the thumbnail so you'll often see that sometimes the words people can only read like three or four words at a time on a thumbnail the title is longer but you don't need the words to overlap they should complement each other and then when you shoot the video really everyone sucks at first practice truly makes perfect keep the setup as simple as possible so you can just walk in a room turn a light on and start filming we don't want to get these really complicated channels where we have to film things outside and a ton of different clips and things like that make it simple just keep rolling you don't have to stop the camera every 5 minutes if you mess up just keep rolling and editing fixes everything Bento Box your thoughts meaning get from one point to another without talking about all you know five or six points at once if you're going to talk about one thing talk about that until you move on to the next point and really just publish at least one video per week without exception really simple all right so that is a YouTube strategy if you stay consistent with that you'll build an organic audience over time so how do we generate leads from this audience this is the important part like you just want to create a simple system where you're creating simple videos in the background of your life right now for example for me I do four videos a month and I can get those done in about eight days out of the month I do a day of prepping for a video and a day of shooting day of prepping day of shooting so I can get them all done in about 8 days out of the month rest of the days I can focus on other aspects of my business but really it's it's uh something that is just always should be ongoing because unlike like blog traffic or Pinterest or ads or all these other you know Instagram Tik Tok YouTube is the uh the audience building platform more people actually watch YouTube on their television than they watch Netflix or any other streaming service so if you can build a brand on there and then have simple ways to get people into your community or coaching offer or something where is doing Zoom calls you can make a lot of money doing that so how do we generate those leads though CU YouTube views is one thing but how do we actually get them so we'll talk about that next so really most people don't have a traffic or view problem they have a conversion problem so there's you know big channels out there they might have 100,000 YouTube subscribers but they're not really making much money maybe it's just YouTube ad Revenue only and they haven't really Master well how do you monetize YouTube truly from our YouTube channel ad revenue is only two% 2 to 3% of our total revenue the rest was through our own products affiliate Revenue other things like that but ultimately you need leads first before you get to sales you need a bridge between your free content and sales so that bridge is a proven lead generation system so you get the attention over here from YouTube you need to nurture leads give them information persuade in the right way to have them become sales into your offer so there's really three steps to this we'll go over each one first is the opt-in page so a single point of entry whether it's from you know Instagram YouTube a website you send people to one single optin page landing page to get them to do one thing so that can be enter their email address it can be fill out an application we'll cover each one of those but you send all traffic all audience building tactics go basically to One landing page it's really simple and then from there they automatically get into an email Series where you provide value you give them a lead magnet you give them things that they're looking for over the course of you know 3 four five 7even days you give a vssl to persuade them that your offer is the best then they get the sales and checkout pages so we've done this we've made I don't know on average a few million dollars a year doing this over the last three years now doing this on YouTube all right so the opt-in pages first you traffic uh you funnel all traffic to one page provide a lead magnet and exchange for email now the lead magnet is the vssl so the vssl is a training and with the often page you want a strong headline form above the fold and three bullet points so let's look at an example here and this is one of my businesses here and this is uh free Master Class you get 10 AI prompts it can kind of do the things I showed you with YouTube but for blog content keywords all of that kind of stuff so they'd enter enter that you get a lot of value enter the email address but you can see it's a simple opt-in page with a headline above the fold content and it's pretty short and simple right to the point next we get into the email Series so basically you're removing all friction to buying this is 100% automated so when somebody enters their email address they automatically get triggered into the email series and then it's an automated series over the course of time that sends them emails now this is what it should look like email one is the thank you for joining the email list here's the vssl here's the lead magnet here's what I promised give it to them right away immediately don't let them wait and then you can do other things too so there's kind of persuasion techniques in an email series over the course of time to get people that are you know interested in potentially buying your offer so that can be your story like this is what I did this is the transformation that occurred for me this is what I'm teaching this is why I'm teaching it and a little bit more about you and then you really want to have one like who this is and isn't for so for example in a blogging offer that I had for a number of years it's like who is this for this is for somebody that actually wants to build a website that makes money not somebody that's doing it for a hobby not somebody that wants to just make passive income and not work at all somebody that actually wants to build active income so you're talking to the person that it is and you're excluding the person that it isn't because you can't please everybody you talk about the transformation that can occur and then you have you actually tell them what the offer is this is my actual program you know this is exactly what you get you get this many videos you get this community you get all these bonuses we'll cover that exactly what an offer is shortly and then of course there's a sense of urgency right at the end so let's look at an example of this so this is an active campaign and this is about me what this whole thing is about I'm kind of saying hey like I dreamed of passive income too but you actually have to work for it uh a little bit about myself how I failed out of college got kicked out a bunch of student loans all kinds of stuff and then here's like Mor value right here the 10 AI prompts so really you're giving a lot of value in the first email but you're getting people to the vssl now you can see we have a 56% open rate on this 39% click rate 35,000 recent sends all right so email two then this is this Waits a day and then it says email two choosing your Niche so it covers more information getting people back to the video again again email is email marketing is a repetition game most people will not buy something from you from one email they need six seven six or seven emails because you know maybe they're busy one day maybe they didn't don't open their inbox one day so you have to kind of hit them a number of times Give Them Enough value until they finally get over the finish line so you can see here we have choosing your Niche email that's that's helpful then we have a case study with a student that's done well then we have a Content creation email that's helpful and then we wait you know you can see the time weighted here and then we have another case study of a successful student then we have a email about affiliate marketing another multiple on a website and this goes through a journey this is like a little bit about my story right it's a story the transformation that occurred what you're doing and then it goes over teaching so the unique framework that you're using to help students to help people and then it goes into you know more teaching about 20 to 30 minutes of teaching just really valuable helpful content then at the very end if a lot of people do this slightly wrong so I'm going to cover exactly what to do all right so this is a good vssl structure that converts really well for us first is the hook you grab the attention if you're struggling to achieve a a desired result you're probably doing it wrong right a strong hook statement you can do a shocking thing fact Factor stat a bold promise or a relatable struggle is my favorite because everyone can deal with uh relate to that and that's true of my life like I was like you know I've tried to make income online for 12 years before it actually worked and I didn't know what to do and I struggled to make money and all of these different things until I finally figured out you know A New Path forward kind of thing you want to agitate the problem make them feel the pain so you've probably tried all these different methods but they haven't worked here's why or the number one mistake keeping you stuck is this you know the number one mistake a lot of people have with personal branding is they just don't know what what Niche to choose how to even begin what kind of content do I create this whole thing is overwhelming right so you kind of agitate the problem more you want to describe the pain Point better than they can because maybe you've experienced it yourself real examples helps and you want them to feel the cost of inaction so every month you stay stuck you're leaving money on the table right now after that you want to introduce your unique method so your first kind of story you're talking about the problem and all of that for 5 minutes or so 3 4 minutes and then you want to introduce your unique method so what if I could help you achieve this goal in this time frame without having to worry about all of this what if I could help you build a profitable online business you know in a certain amount of time without having to struggle without having to figure out what Niche to choose without knowing what software to use blah blah blah blah blah and then you want to break it down it's a simple process of three to five easy to understand steps with before and after showing proof now if you don't have any stud student testimonials that's fine you just use your own even if it's something simple and small let's say you're a beekeeper and you love taking care of bees and you've only done it for a year and maybe out of 10 as in the experience scale you're a three well guess what you can still help ones and twos along the journey and actually teaching people where you are in the journey and being vulnerable is really helpful and you can say you know I was really overwhelmed when I first started my beekeeping Journey those fuzzy little bastards kept stinging me my hands would hurt but you know what I learned a lot and you know my first year I made got these results and it doesn't have to be the most amazing thing in the world but it's something that is relatable so again social proof and Authority build some trust screenshots of success testimonials from people case studies of Clips again showing your own transformation at the beginning even if it's a small one can help here now again the offer why they need to act now when you're ready to achieve this goal I've actually built a step-by-step system so the offer is an implementation of a transformation people can go to YouTube to watch content for free or they can pay to go through a FastTrack implementation process to achieve the desired result a lot faster and maybe have q&as and maybe interact with the community or get one-on-one coaching and all these different things that people are willing to pay for so then you break down your offer which we'll cover offers in a second what's included is it modules is it templates coaching calls are you getting live q&as why is it different and then bonus stacking so really you want to add a lot of value by saying hey we also have this bonus like when you sign up today you actually get this extra bonus course too or this extra checklist or downloads or all all these kind of things that you can do and again you want to also have some price justification in there so a lot of vsls will say you know for all of this knowledge if I'm going to teach you exactly how to build this huge business normally if I'm doing that with the client I would charge I don't know $20,000 probably uh but I'm not going to do that right I'm not going to do that I'm going to charge you 1,000 but actually if you buy today it's 500 or something like that right so price uh justification is interesting pricing price anchors how much is the competitors's offer versus your own uh also there's the justification of higher price creates a higher quality customer we've sold everything from $67 a month to $11,000 $2,000 up to $8,000 to $20,000 you realize the higher price it's just higher touch more coaching more one-on-one stuff and you get a higher quality customer that's really willing to put in the work usually the people that are spending $50 a month on a community they're not going to really take action there's no incentive to there's no urgency to they're just going to kind of join the community maybe they'll do your thing or not so if you really want to like coach people and help them transform and actually go through your offer higher price point actually makes a lot of sense because then they have some skin in the game so again comparing it to more expensive Alternatives show the cost of not taking action make it feel like a no-brainer you an anchor High first then reveal the actual price and then you know finally you end with urgency and a call to action I'm only accepting this many students that now that has to be true bonuses expire in this time frame that also should be true uh basically hey get started now this isn't a high pressure sales thing it's just a simple process for this video getting people to buy something if they're interested if they're not interested that's fine and that's what I always say to people like hey you can watch some YouTube videos on this topic that I create I put a lot of free stuff out there but if you want to take it a Next Step get to the and checkout page so let's look at some examples so this is from that first optin page this is the actual sales page so again the AR powered blogging program is helping entrepreneur scale get the courses framework and all of this stuff there's a video of me going over what's included that you don't necessarily need that but this is a button we have buttons throughout to enroll so when you click the button to enroll it takes you all the way down to the bottom which has the price and then if you click that you get to the checkout page now there's components of a sales page so first it's bold headline right bold headline what this thing actually is we want be want buttons to be able to enroll quickly if you people just want to get to it quick little thing here with the B you know six bullet points that are important and then there's the copyrighting so it starts what is this thing well let's tell a little background you need a Competitive Edge if you're going to succeed today a lot of people tell you this don't do that so this is you need a system to do this right and then introducing the pro this is what it is okay you need an unfair Advantage imagine being able to do all of these different things and then this is what you get right this is a little bit long for my liking we actually have a shorter one than this so you can kind of ignore this this is a long story page rate is 2% ours is like 4% let's say but let's say yours is 2% well there's still 98% of people that didn't buy that month so what do you do well you can run monthly promos so monthly promos through offers like this is actually a huge way to boost Revenue even further so you could have let's say you're selling a $1,000 product and you're getting you have a small YouTube channel you're getting 10,000 views a day it's getting 300,000 a month which isn't that much in the grand scheme of things there's there's Channels with millions of views per video so if you do the right strategy right it's not that big of a deal let's say you're getting two sales a day $1,000 each that's $60,000 a month now and then what if we want to run a promo to all those other people and say Hey you do you can do much like pretty much any e-commerce brand runs promos based on the retail holiday calendar so like Black Friday Cyber Monday but then they'll run like President Day Sale you see it at Target or something like that right or uh Valentine's Day or anything just think of it as if you're running a business like this you can also run a monthly promo now you could do it quarterly you could hold all those leads and do it quarterly we've just done it monthly because I think it makes the most sense for people that have still kind of actively engaged with those emails in a recent time frame um but really you just launch promo it could be a 72-hour promo it could be a 5-day promo where you're kind of cutting the price down so right pricing is what's going to make the promo work typically but you want to um you know give value and then really you're just taking your whole email list that you've been building and then you are creating a uh segment of non- buyers so everyone that open the emails but or everyone in your email list but didn't buy non- buyers basically will just get your promo emails everyone that bought won't get them so your non- buyers will get your promo emails and you just these are manual marketing emails that you write and send out once a month and they just have different offers so it could be like we've done Black Friday you know 50% off 70% off Black Friday things or we've done uh interesting ones like you know bonus uh couple people win a laptop or something like that that was kind of cool not that one didn't work really well though people just wanted basically price discounts are what people want so if you're saying hey if you didn't get in this month we also have you know this extra bonus thing or usually with uh information like this like info products uh the bestp type of bonus is usually price discount plus some type of new bonus so like I've done one where it's like uh four live q&as with me at Fast Track like at the start of the year to really start start going um or you know a new Mini course in there lots of different ideas but if you can do two sales a day for example on Evergreen at $1,000 and that's 60,000 a month and then all of a sudden you're doing a promo that could do easily we've done promos of $200,000 we've done promo of $110,000 it really depended on the month and how well we positioned it um but if you're I would say if you're you know getting a couple sales a day that's really good and then if you can add a monthly promo and you get another 10 to 20 sales in the door now you're looking at maybe you're making 80k a month up you're getting higher right and it's really Evergreen plus monthly promos with the right lead volume just simple funnel through YouTube can build a much Huger business but most people don't do that most people just don't quite have the funnel right so with all that said it sounds kind of complicated when we're looking at it right YouTube often email vssl sales Pages checkout Pages lots of pages it sounds complicated is there a simpler way there is there is a simpler way especially if you're just doing coaching you want to just build a when you think about a coaching business it could be Fitness it could be spirituality you're teaching mindset you're teaching business finance all kinds of things it could be as simple as you don't need this giant Community thing with a bunch of sales pages and checkouts and and emails and copywriting and all of that you could just have it as simple as YouTube direct to an application now through that application right people will fill that out um and book a call with you and then you just close a sale over the phone or over zoom and that's typically for things that are coaching or $3,000 plus so to do that you kind of remove all of that stuff and it looks like this so it's basically YouTube to application to booked call to sale now through the application basically all you're doing is qualifying the lead so you can ask questions how much money are you making for example it's a money one and you want to help people scale up it's like all right well how much money are you making today 0 to 5K 10 to 20 20 to 50 right we're trying to find the right range of person in there are you willing to invest in your business today someone says no well then they're not going to they're not worth the time to talk to on the phone right so all you're doing is qualifying and validating what's the biggest struggle that you're facing right now and growing your business where are you are you interested in committing and then book a call it's really that simple embed a calendly link in there and then it just sets it up you can schedule it so that it's only certain hours of the day you can eventually you can do this yourself then you can Outsource it to a salesperson after that but it's a simpler process and really it's depends on if it's self-service or if it's uh it depends on the math so let's look real quick at high ticket versus low ticket to get to 50K a month and what that actually looks like so low ticket would be 500 customers at $100 a month right that's pretty low price you'd need 500 customers which at a 2% conversion rate you'd need 25,000 leads which from a YouTube standpoint which is typically a 1% view to lead so 1% of people watching a YouTube video will click that link and become a lead and put their put their email in and actually become a lead we've had that anywhere from 0.5% to 2% depending on how good the lead magnet is but I'm going to say 1% is an average so with low ticket you just need a lot of views that would be like 2.5 million views to get 500 customers at that to make 50k medium ticket $1,000 you need 50 customers 50 time 1,000 is 50,000 that would be 2500 leads it's a little bit better at a 2% and 250,000 views so that's more realistic this is like what we did for a couple years getting about that number of views and about that number of sales ever green every month much you know months we did 200 300 sales in certain months but just saying on average what people could expect if they're doing the exact funnel right with that amount of views nothing is typical right we just have to kind of look at averages here all right so that's still kind of a lot of views but then High ticket could just be 10 customers at $5,000 now that could just be 40 booked calls with a 25% close rate so if you're closing one out of four sales over the phone that's 25% so 10 divided by 40 that could be just 40,000 views on YouTube now we're having a lower we're going to drop what we've seen you drop the conversion rate down from 1% view to lead to 0.1% view to lead because they're filling out an application there's instead of just entering their name and email they're they're filling out like five to 10 questions uh and then booking a call so it's a lower rate however you're dealing with less customers so really do you want a mass Market product with a community or do you want more high-touch coaching with less people do you want to have to build a huge a bigger audience or do you want to just build a smaller audience in a small Niche and it really kind of depends on the niche like if you're doing a gardening offer for example it probably makes sense to have a gardening course in community right here $1,000 they get all kinds of planning resources a community all kinds of different cool stuff live q&as helpful tips all that but if you're doing business coaching or you're doing maybe Fitness coaching or Diet coaching or mindset or you know uh anything related to health wealth and relationships this one over here makes more sense so you just need a lot less views if you're in the right Niche you just have to find the right people on YouTube to do it so all of this math is important before we talk about your offer which is vitally important so first you have to think of yourself as a teacher you don't have to be the best in the world or a guru your job is to just be a little bit ahead of the beginner and teach them along the way so really when we think about creating your offer every offer revolves around a transformation taking from someone to point a struggling point to point B the desired outcome so the top niches here like that make probably the most money in this space space are going to be health wealth and relationships then Hobbies also can work too so for example in health there's Fitness diet mental health longevity all kinds of things that you can teach and coach wealth making money business investing crypto all kinds of different stuff relationships and then a lot of obes too like think about learning how to play the guitar or play the piano creating course content coaching around that right so we're on this digital world and digital world of teaching is the way to do it so the core components of your offer number one the most important thing is the transformation where were they and then where are they where are they going to be after going through your offer that is the main thing to discover for example go from invisible on social media to Landing 10K clients so then you have to think about what's going to be the delivery method when we think about this do you want to do done with you which is the courses live q&a's Community thing the fully automated thing with the sales page and the checkout do you want to do group coaching one-on-one coaching where you're on Zoom or Google meet or something like that and talking to them specifically charging a higher price for that or there's completely done for you Services you do everything for them as an agency so maybe you're doing the actual work but you're charging a much higher premium and number three is your unique framework The Secret Sauce the simple system why if there's a million other people out there why should they work with you it's kind of your elevator pitch right the one sentence thing and give it a name and then the bonuses so stacking value templates and scripts private Community Access one-on-one calls audits for premium buyers all kinds of extra resources to help people guide them on the journey now with that how do we price this well if it's do it yourself done with you course so it's a course Community they can watch videos they can interact with other students typically 1 to 2K so right they get there can be group calls with that so that's Mass Market it's SC ailable you can just keep entering people into the community it's great for beginners uh example price points could be $9.97 14.97 up to 1997 for like the course plus some live lot like more coaching calls or it could be group coaching so maybe it's a small group of 5 to 10 people 6 to 12 week structured program with weekly group coaching calls direct personalized feedback and guidance from you higher touch but still scalable little bit more example price points are like 3 to 5K for an 8we coaching or 7 to 10K for 12 week with one-on-one coaching or you just do all the way up to coaching and actual Consulting so I'll work with you personally and give you a custom strategy this could be weekly or bi-weekly private calls oneon-one personalized so this is for high income clients that want personal attention because they are out there you only need a few clients to hit big Revenue numbers if you can get you know 5K a month and you get six or seven clients under your belt that's a good amount of money um and that could be 5 k a month for one-on-one bi-weekly coaching calls or 15 to 20K for VIP coaching experience and this exists this is real people are paying these rates so the truth is really you can and should charge more don't let your personal finances dictate what you think others will spend I've seen in other videos people are like $5,000 that's more than a mortgage payment who would spend that on coaching people that have a lot more money than you like it's just that simple there's people out there that buy Louis Vuitton bags and expensive stuff and there's people that don't and it's like if you're charging for coaching you want to find the client that has the money we don't want to help college students with Fitness we want to help CEOs with Fitness right so this kind of shift your mindset thinking that way now to clarify your offer you need to understand the transformation you want to provide and how high touch your program is going to be is it going to be hands off or it's just videos in a community and maybe a live Q&A with a coach or is it going to be one-on-one direct coaching so how do we deliver fulfill on this so we covered YouTube we covered the leads and Sales Systems how do we deliver and fulfill this well really it's three key phrases to this so they buy in there's onboarding get them set up excited to start immediately and there's ongoing support you want to keep them engaged and accountable and then graduations and upsells to turn into long-term customers keeping them happy so first is getting them in so they they check out they buy the thing on the checkout page what happens next well they get based on the software whether it's Thrive card or Sam card or whatever it is they can get an instant confirmation email you're yours in here's your next step just a little personalized welcome message and then they get their link to the membership area so this could be a school Community it could be a think hiic Community but the fir and then basically you're just it's an email that they get that says here is the link to the actual course so that's where they hit the link they get into the community and then you can give them a first action step as well so just log in watch the first video your your course your community should have a first start here video like exactly how do you use this thing how do you use all the modules where do you find the course material the resources where do you get started hey you should probably introduce yourself to the community so people can you know do a post share who you are what you're working on and people can comment there so really the velcome video is a simple one telling people what to do then again you can have live Q&A calls weekly or bi-weekly Zoom sessions things that are really easy to manage most course platforms have calendars where you can just hook up press Plus on the calendar add a zoom link and all the students can see it it's really simple and also a lot of them do gamification track rewards so people that interact more this is true for you know if a lot of ones that are selling like $97 a month type of communities they want people to stay engaged so like after three months they become they start unlocking more things so there's kind of a reason to stay but all that stuff is typically in the course platform itself so the team that you need to scale this business model one you can start by yourself so you need basically I've taught this for five 5 years now is that if you're going to start any type of business before you Outsource it to somebody else you should know how to do it yourself so you can't really Outsource and direct somebody and tell them something that you haven't done or fully understand right so you should understand every part of the business before Outsourcing what you will be doing solo at the beginning would be just creating content so YouTube um social media posts anything like that like building the audience is the content now you can Outsource video editing I would recommend you Outsource video editing as soon as you can but other things for example the landing pages the opt-in pages those are really simple pages to just create yourself editing videos repurposing content again that one could be outsourced but really we want to do what we want to do is learn all this stuff because there's a lot of little details here right there's lead gen there's sales there's video creation there's running a community so none of it's inherently hard but there's a lot of little details and things to know along the way so you can do it yourself first first Tire would be a video editor when you're consistent on YouTube it's the first role to hire because YouTube is the traffic generator but editing takes a lot of time right most videos actually are simple where it would just be trimming you don't need a bunch of fancy editing or anything like that but it can be time consuming so when you Outsource the editing you can focus on higher value tasks building those sales Pages getting the marketing funnel set up and ready to go so what we're doing here we're starting first and then we're hiring to Outsource everything so they're going to edit everything now you can get a beginner a midlevel or a pro I would say you can find a lot of good video editors uh internationally for one to $3,000 a month or you know $2 to $500 per video uh you can go to like YT jobs or something like that to find them now the second hire marketing assistant so once you're generating some Revenue you can then hire somebody to do all of those landing pages emails backend sales things promos all of that so they'll help increase conversions Revenue they'll do the email copyrighting the marketing system they'll write and schedule the emails build the landing pages optimize conversions so those are the price points there for that again once these two things are hired out you have a video editor and a marketing person then your time is extremely freed up to run your business and and do this if if you have the automated funnel set up in the right way then really all you be doing is prepping YouTube videos because really can you Outsource that you could but it's really important like I pre this entire video myself because it's coming from me it's the one thing that I should not Outsource right the actual teaching component of what I'm teaching um so what you do there is at that point like for example my weekly schedule would be I shoot a you I prep and shoot a YouTube video once I edit it or once I uh shoot the video I upload the files to Google Drive my part of that process is done you know I I track things in a notion calendar when videos are coming out we use frame to if I give any notes to the video editor but once that's up it's done it's uploaded and then it can start generating revenue and then marketing once a month we'll run promos but again it's much much more automated so you could like you know I've scaled this thing up to like a team of 10 but you don't have to go that far if you just scale with a few people and you do it the right systems with the right people doing the right content with the right leads and sales funnel then yeah it's like if you got two sales a day Evergreen 60k plus uh a promo every month another 20 or 30k then you're looking at 80 to 100K a month and with just a few people helping you so that's what we did at the beginning back in 2021 uh and then you know if you want to have some more uh hires to scale coaches so what's really important in the community we've we've hired six full-time coaches in the program that I showed you before and they're doing q&as answering questions immediately helping all the students and all of that and then if you're doing sales and you have a sales script and you go through the sales process um you'd have a sales rep for high ticket that can be commission based you know based on if it's a Setter or a closer you could probably run with just one closer at a you know three to 5% sales commission rate uh and then operations manager that could eventually if you keep running we have one that helps just kind of organize everything with notion boards what tasks are we going to be working on this month kind of thinking of it as a bigger business right like what are we what are the quarterly goals and rocks and plans for this month and how are we going to hit them and how do we organize all this stuff all this soft Ware that we've bought do we need these tools what are we working on how can we organize everything in a better way so my typical week now is yeah it's prepping and shooting YouTube videos and then the rest is pretty much done by other people so let's get into the lowcost high impact Tech stack the software you need to actually do this it's quite simple actually so when we're thinking about the website email and sales tools like we could use WordPress plus th Thrive architect for landing pages all the web pages so that can house your opt-in page your sales page and your Mass uh your vssl page kit formally convert kit could be a free email marketing service that you use deadline funnel is an interesting one for scarcity and urgency where you can have timers and email discounts you know you get a week uh if they open an email they get a week long to get the discount Sam cart or Thrive cart for checkout and payment so Sam cart is $59 a month Thrive cart is one time for $4.95 then we have video uh content video hosting and community so bunny. net is a really good tool you upload all of your course content to bunny. net it's like five bucks a month and scills on how much you're using it but that's where you then take the URL from bunny. net and paste it into school or think kic or somewhere else so the videos appear uh that's School than kic the course platform itself school's 99 a month and kic's 36 Google Docs so scripting and YouTube that's free notion can be free for YouTube content planning Google Drive storing YouTube videos free vid IQ if you want to do YouTube research look for keyword ideas for videos outlier videos that's $10 a month then we get the sales stuff the sales tools there's fill out which is uh the applications that you can use you just link to an application under your video that's free that you can see like the results The Columns that people shared information on and all of that close CRM is sales pipeline management so that's just a sales tool you can see like your pipeline what kind of questions they answer to add notes on each customer close sales over the phone and all of that pandadoc for contracts and legal documents if you're closing coaching you know this is not legal advice but if you're closing clients for thousands of they should sign a contract right so it shouldn't just be here's three $5,000 and then no they have to understand the refund policy they have to understand what they're getting into they have to understand with a contract and then again Google me can be free for live Q&A and coaching calls that's pretty much it and if you look at the whole price here you don't even need all this at the beginning you can just start a YouTube channel with for basically free you know and then scale up from there over time the total cost comes out to $289 a month for the opportunity to build a much larger your business with a really high profit margin you look at like typical in-person businesses like a restaurant's like 10% and think of all the overhead and employees and rent and utilities and all that stuff you're paying for versus just some simple software with a teaching with a a channel and a community and sales process so really we've covered you go so deep on each one of these individual items I can't cover it all in one video but this is you know from audience to growth to sales and fulfillment whether you're 5K a month or starting from scratch the process works but if you want to implement and scale it you can work with me more on really typical average right what's the average it's probably not 14.7 million however if you want to scale we work with a handful of Select clients we work with about five a month Max so again fill
