How To Take Action
I would suggest implementing a few easy steps if you're looking to boost your small business or personal brand through AI content. Start by focusing on consistent content creation since it's key for success. You don't need to spend a lot of money or time—just set a regular schedule that you can stick to and make sure the content you produce is valuable and aligns with market needs.
A good way to build a personal brand is by having a central hub, like a website. This not only helps in driving traffic but also opens up different ways to make money, like through ads or affiliate marketing. Think of your website as the sun, with various traffic sources being like planets orbiting it.
It's important to stay flexible. As algorithms on platforms like Google and YouTube change, adjust your content strategy to stay ahead. Use automation tools and AI like machine.ai to speed up your content creation, but also ensure you add that human touch for quality.
Finally, consider diversifying your ways to make money. Besides passive income through ads, think about creating your own products or services for more active income. This could be digital courses or consulting services linked to your expertise. Remember, it's about building a real business, not just trying to get quick wins online.
Be patient and consistent, as building authority and diversifying income streams are crucial for long-term success.

hey Adam here in this video I'm going to cover how to make 5K a month with AI content so this is actually a video I shot as part of AI income blueprint over the course of a couple days so I'm covering a lot so like the algorithm economy how do you start and grow an AI based business today how are Google and YouTube working right now in the five monetization streams to grow in 2025 through blogging now as I said last week I'm going to be making some pretty big changes to this channel starting with next week's video so I'm going to be peeling back the curtain really on how we built this $14.7 million personal brand so it's kind of crazy to think about but we made about $14.7 million in Revenue since I started this whole process and 10.2 million in profit so again this is not just blogging though and again my content has admittedly been pretty good for beginners but I haven't dove into like more advanced topics what my team and I have done here on YouTube with the funnels with sales all of that stuff so you see me here in videos but there are 10 others behind the scenes and we built this 8 figure profit business with 72% profit margins and we've spent $0 on Advertising so not many others can really say that now if you're dead set on blogging that's fine I have over 400 videos on that topic on this channel right and it's really it's hard to come up with new ideas uh consistently for three years every single week now if you like blogging in Ai and you do want to get started you can just click the link in the description below you'll get 10 free AI system prompts that I created plus my AI master class so you'll watch The Master Class you can understand like what this actually is if this is for you if you want to build an AI based content business and if you choose so you can also uh take it a step further you can join our coaching program AI income blueprints got 4600 students still have paid coaches in there that's going for the long run nothing changes there however I'm not really going to be talking much about blogging on this channel anymore now to me blogging you know building a website it's a good way behind the scenes to make somewhere between between 500 and 5 to 10K a month so still viable but if you want to make what if you want to make like 50k a month 100K a month it's not blogging it's audience building it's offers it's leads sales it's fulfillment it's implementation it's building like a real business it's what my team and I have been doing for the last 3 years so I always believe firmly believe that you should only teach what you've actually done not trying to make make something up or trick people into thinking you're some type of Guru I'm not like that so I really just want to take a bird's eye view of the business in these videos exactly how we've built this thing to 8 figures all the systems all the technical details behind it which is actually a lot more interesting than videos we've created before and the side not2 I just have a LoveHate relationship with Google you know my traffic's gone up it's gone down it's gone up again down again my blog you know it's made me millions of dollars through Google it still makes 50 Grand a month without a whole lot of traffic from recurring affiliate Commission but I just don't feel like Google cares about small Publishers anymore there are honestly better faster ways to build a business in 2025 and the truth is really everything is hard most people won't tell you this everything's pretty hard starting a blog and making money is hard making money on YouTube's hard starting a podcast could take you five years before you're making money building a following on X tweeting five times a day or Instagram you know building that that's hard no matter what you do it's not going to be easy blogging is one option among but to me having your own product is going to be more valuable in the future than affiliate marketing building a real business with active income is more valuable than trying to create a behind the scenes passive income business so I have a lot of new and interesting video ideas planned you can see there's a whiteboard behind me uh I'm going to dive deeper into real business strategies how we've built this personal brand exactly how we got to eight figures of profit I'll also do some some lifestyle stuff some different formats you know I feel like the YouTube algorithm it's it's constantly rewarding in business it's rewarding these cheap fast you know make money online overnight tutorials all the time so if I change my strategy and I talk about slower I slow down I talk about the real business stuff that I did over the last three years how we made eight figures in profit you know I might get less views but so be it because I just really want to be as real with you as possible you know I want to work with people too who they're not going to kick the can down the road for 9 months maybe build a website maybe not don't want to ever show their face don't want to ever build an active income business they only want passive income they only want to make a hundred bucks that's it that's what they want to watch I don't want to make videos like that so I want you know I want to coach people I want to work with people who are ready to build like an entire funnel sales email content system all within 90 days take real action so ultimately the blogging content is here to stay the community I have is here to stay I'm just going to be talking about a lot of different stuff on YouTube and I think you'll actually like it a lot more and admittedly it's been pretty tough saying you know staying consistent with these videos like the last two weeks have been a little fillery as I'm working on this new plan for the channel there's life stuff there's a little baby at home who's doing great I have to plow a onethird of a mile driveway up here in the snow I do other stuff I go to AA meetings you know I'm working on sobriety I try to help people when I can and I'm really super fortunate you know I'm super grateful that this channel even exists that I'm in this position it's work that I did years ago that I'm still reaping the benefits from and ultimately I want to say thank you I'm not going anywhere I'm just making a little pivot here to keep things actually as interesting and engaging as possible but I because I feel like over the last like month or so it's been a little bit of a downgrade as I try to figure out these these topics that I've covered before so really I think it's a good change it's going to be exciting I'm going to talk about ways to make a lot more money I always want to stay in the cutting edge of this stuff and if it's not blogging then it's not going to be blogging so if you're dead set on blogging watch the old videos you can still ask me questions about it I'll still be here to comment and answer but a lot of these videos are going to be about business stuff real strategies deeper Dives leads sales building an entire business for yourself that can make 50 Grand 100 Grand a lot more a month so ultimately I love you all I hope you enjoyed today's video and I'll see you next week it's going to be a little challenging for me as I'm trying some new video formats the Whiteboard stuff I can't write very well so please don't make tooo much fun of me if I mess up but with all that said I hope you uh enjoy the video I appreciate you very much and I'll talk to you all very soon all right so living in the algorithm economy this is where we are currently in 2024 here's what we're going to cover basically algorithm economy 101 monetizing the algorithm which is what we need to do when we're creating content-based businesses and then how AI fits into this puzzle so first basically we live obviously in an everchanging online landscape what worked five years ago won't work now that's just the nature of online business we kind of need to think about this all of this stuff when we're planning our content strategy and building our businesses AI has accelerated the pace of change a bit right where things are moving a bit faster it's kind of like that technology curve right computing power curve everything is moving faster right you think about the techn technological differences between 1,800 and 1900 and then you think about the technological difference between like 1950 and today so huge difference right and AI kind of quickens this up because machine learning makes it faster and faster and the truth is search platforms Google things like YouTube Pinterest Amazon all these companies meta they're using AI they're learning natural language processing and machine learning to understand how to personalize things so everything is becoming more personalized when it comes to content my Google feed also has like if you look at Google news right there's all personalized news feeds you look at your Netflix cue that's going to be personalized your YouTube homepage is definitely personalized so everything is becoming more personalized to the individual and really we're AI is giving us so much knowledge that we didn't have before and it's personalized knowledge anything that you ask can be answered now right any question not just you know used to as getting a single Google search to answer a question now it's like you can use perplexity or Claude or chat gbt and just ask a really long drawn out question and get an answer for it right now we're still in the infancy of this we have know everything is becoming personalized so what it means by that is like a Blog is ranking on Google right and then getting traffic I view a Blog as it's kind of like the sun in a solar system your website is Central to everything right and then you have Google traffic is one of the planets maybe LinkedIn is one of the planets Pinterest is a planet your monetization strategy is one but you need the central place to send people that's what a website is that's why we're creating a website in the first place no matter the type of monetization stream you want to build on online sell a physical product courses events coaching affiliate marketing ads you have to have the website in the middle everything becoming personalized though means that we get traffic from these different sources different algorithms these secondary platforms like Google like YouTube like Pinterest like LinkedIn they all have their own algorithm the only way that they operate so when things become more personalized though we know that there's billions of people online it becomes more personalized that means that there's a niche and a path for everybody because there's just so much content being consumed on a daily basis but now in the algorithm economy we have to know what the algorithms are and this this whole thing is like okay the Google algorithm is a way that it ranks content the YouTube algorithm Pinterest LinkedIn all the different algorithms now in the algorithm economy to make money from it we have to be open to pivoting quickly because we can't just wait and sit by and hope that things that we were doing two years ago will work today that's been the case online forever right even like the 4our work week came out in 2007 and the idea of creating passive income from building businesses online in an automated way right and that has always changed though that a way that you do it has always changed so we have to be on The Cutting Edge which is why we're here there's a reason that I created AI income blueprint and actually took action in January creating an article every single day and using these different things and different ideas coming up with new new ideas that work now because if you just don't keep learning and you do what worked in 2021 20 22 then maybe it doesn't work in 2023 or 2024 or 2025 so with an algorithm there's the Google one changes a lot right other ones don't change as much but with that we have to kind of stay on The Cutting Edge what we're doing is future proofing our business to be algorithm proof and that's what we're going to work on but we have to be data driven data drives everything so we can't be reliant on forcing something to work if it's not working and we have to be open to Opportunities wherever they come from and we're going to cover that too thinking like a mediate site thinking like a real publisher what leverage points do we have how can we create monetization streams just thinking outside the box all right so we're going to get into exactly what to look for and all the different niches first if you want to start a website you want to build a Blog you just need to set up your website in the first place so really uh I have a link if you click the blue host Link in the description below it's the best possible the cheapest option you can get it's hosting for $1.99 a month so for $2 a month you can get started you click the link you get to a page like this you hit get started now you go to basic choose the basic plan over here on the far left and then you can put in a put in your own domain name if you want one like your name I always recommend personal branding let's just say choose it later CU you don't have to pick it right this second it then gets you to the checkout page you'll see that you can check out for $23.88 it's pretty cheap just to have a full website for a year all right so let's get into it so first we have to cover how algorithms work so there's main components of an algorithm like the Google algorithm or any number of different algorithms there's data collection there's content analysis right so they get data they analyze it and then matching so matching is like providing the um the right inputs and outputs in a matching way ranking right ranking the prioritizing the order of content and then presentation how it actually looks so with Google for example if you Google something like you could say something like uh you know best hotels in Lisbon now it'll show okay well Google's going to show different things the presentation is going to be different right so they have they have uh sponsored results ads then they have their own Hotel listing SE section with different Google ratings then they have the content right so they're getting more personalized it's getting more there's going to be more and more information is being put on the search engine results page they've always tried to do that they've always just kept adding more information here I remember when featured Snippets came out everyone says they're going to no one's going to get traffic anymore because you can just read the result on Google and they've consistently been doing that over time with just more results being shown on the actual page itself now what's interesting with the algorithm is like Google is not good for very specific questions right like if I'm going to say like what's the best hotel fstar hotel in Lisbon with a view of the water and uh 247 room service now people haven't searched like this typically because they know it's not going to work that well so it's like did you mean this okay uh so it's going to give us some stuff right a five star it's going to give us some general five star things it's just going to give us best hotels in Lisbon with a view it's going to give us some generic information if I take that exact same thing and I put it into Claude and I put it into something like perplexity it's going to give me a much better answer based on your search the F the best festar hotel in L VI in 24 room appears to be sofa liis been literate offers this festar rating 247 room service so this is an actual answer right or this this is going to give me a different one one of the top choices would be this one location rating room service these options as well so for very highly specific questions we can get knowledge on anything I've been doing this a lot like I've been doing a recent search for a new vehicle and I want a safe vehicle for my family so I'm like I'll type in like what is a you know large let's say SUV or pickup truck with a middle latch system off-road the and the ability to drive in snow off-roading and that is good gas mileage right very specific questions are and these things we can now answer and this is new we haven't been able to do this really ever uh until like the last year or so I use this stuff all the time for coming up with very specific questions to specific things AI is used for that so like if I'm going to ask I've got this much money right now sitting in this account this account what do I do with it over here what should I do financially speaking and you know give me some scenarios here what should I do here so this has always been the case uh that Google is not built for that right they're just going to give you their own thing and then websites so the good news is when we're blogging we're not worried about this because we're not answering that we're giving more informational advice that needs Human Experience for example if I'm going to put in how to start a blog I would look for there's ads there's websites there's my site there's different ones you can click on it and then you learn how to do it right and this is like from personal experience someone that's actually done it if I just put in how to start a blog in here it's going to give me a pretty good answer but it's not really like the data is not always that great because it's like it's just a short simple answer it's like okay well this is not as good as an actual blog post right I can't do that yet that's where we fit in and the good news is the searches that we're going to be ranking for and creating content around on our websites are not these super long drawn out crazy things they're things that the AI can't really do as well so for example can perplexity do it how to start a blog now they're going to give multiple answers like here's my site here that's kind of cool to see but they can still get traffic from this literally from perplexity even I haven't even done anything right um to get here it's just there but then you know they give a pretty concise answer the truth is for any type of content that's algorithm based that's like stuff that we want to create it's going to be informational content based on how to do stuff ideas things from Human Experience that are longer than the AI would answer from Human Experience with more in-depth information better suited for blog posts same thing with transactional ones I can use AI now in these algorithms to find ideas for products for example I could look up like what's the best laptop for gaming and you know for affiliate Revenue we're still seeing s so this is like a ranking here right this is like it's kind of like ranking but just in a horizontal fashion so you still need a website to be shown in perplexity in this tool so it's going to give these general answers but you really have to go deep with AI to figure it out so the way that you do it with AI is like you ask this question and then you say okay well based on this the top recommended for gaming laptops are all of these here's the factors to consider still a pretty short answer so I'm going to say like then you go deeper so the AI when people search they go deeper then it's like so what's what video card comes standard with the Dell Alienware M18 R2 so you're like all right maybe I want this one maybe I want the other one according to the search result it comes with this and it's like okay so you're you're digging deep in into a product you have to go over and over and over again for affiliate Revenue versus I like Google for that sometimes it's just like the blog post give me the exact answers tell me why and I don't trust like sometimes I can trust this like I can say okay I'm trusting the answer I'm just kind of saying okay that that I believe it right now if I do best laptops for gaming on Google The Google algorithm it's more made for purchasing sales which is good for affiliate Revenue so they're sponsored results they're sponsored here and then it's like then there's the things and what's kind of interesting is for big media sites like this like they have the pcks the Quick List why am I trusting this like instead of AI if it's a big site sometimes I'm like I might be trusting the AI answer even though it's pulling from lots of sources the perplexity answer more than like this one source of information a random writer on Tom's guide I don't know if I trust this person as we've seen maybe that this stuff like costs too much they're just trying to make money I know how this works the general public doesn't know all this stuff they're just Googling stuff they don't even know how to like some people use perplexity some people use Claude but they're not they're mainly just using Google Google search is still there so me I'm like I'd rather ask the AI than trust Tom's Hardware for this answer maybe but that's just me uh what wins is the actual human element so when we're thinking about searching what we're doing is we're monetizing people's thoughts they're thinking of something they're typing it in often times like when Reddit wins sometimes is like cuz they actually have real answers sometimes right like if I'm going to look up the best gaming laptop on Reddit you know it's it's unbiased personal information so unbiased personal information is what I trust and that's a kind of a concept to keep in mind when you're creating blog articles yourself is if you're covering something add some like your own take on it cuz like that's what really wins if I'm doing research for example for a truck let's say I want to buy a truck I would look at AI I would ask I would do multiple things and that's the the beauty of where we're at now is like I would use YouTube and Google and perplexity and I that's exactly what I did I've been searching or Claude I've been searching on Claude like okay what's a good it's kind of a a starting point is the AI for me frame it up what is the good for this then I Google it and I look at like different uh safety ratings and and different articles for Motor Trend and things like that and then I might go on YouTube and look for it so it's it's all information and it's all multiplatform now with the blog what's good is uh with perplexity or one of these tools you're still getting shown here right and it's good for deep searches knowledge it's almost like Wikipedia right we're not Wikipedia we're directly creating informational and transactional content so an algorithm though it all works in different ways it it analyzes what you put in it analyzes the content it matches the correct content it ranks it in the right order and then it presents the data to you now in this information economy everything is becoming an algorithm and it's kind of annoying like if you look at Netflix your Netflix homepage look at how optimized those images are for every single uh show or movie so like I keep seeing perfect match on my Netflix cuz I watched Love is Blind my wife and I watched that perfect match and it's that girl from there who's like has dark hair and it's like okay everyone's probably clicking on that and then you get like you know shows and it's like which image and I've seen like images for shows will change images for movies will change how that's all optimized to keep people watching Walmart has an algorithm how their inventory management system works in warehouses right has machine learning to understand where to Route things similar to Amazon smart stuff like that Nike has algorithms in their website for e-commerce tracking exactly to show the exact right product at the right time and the right format to people Airbnb has an algorithm where now you're getting recommended results for your searches based on past the history of your account and the previous things you've searched for Uber has algorithms and Uber Eats and door Dash and those things they have algorithms to basically keep you engaged you ever get that not like I I don't have any notifications on my phone but like Uber Eats has a notification like you haven't ordered in 5 days or do you want Taco Bell again chubby you want to eat some more I'm like no I don't right now but actually yes I do but what I'm saying is information and data is driving the economy more than ever so these are things to keep in mind as we move forward all algorithms change but first we need to understand how they operate and why do they exist why did these companies exist in the first place understand the changes in the past understand the future so first let's talk about Google how does Google make money Google makes money from ads add add add add laptops every time someone clicks on this sponsored if it has sponsored it's a PPC ad so every time someone clicks on this Google gets paid Google gets paid Google gets paid Google gets paid organic they do not get paid every click obviously they're just showing the blog results this is where we will live but that is how they get paid getting people to click on ads getting Brands to bid to be put up here it's really that simple now how does Google actually work why does Google exist Google exists one they claim to exist to organize the world's information right that's when they came out they're like we're going to organize the world's information for you so you can learn better faster smarter and it was like oh this is new this is emerging this is I'm gonna typee stuff in get answers right away cat videos amazing I'm at CVS I search on my phone then it's like mobile search uh looking for different things about some medicine that I need mobile search R was Rising then it's like now it's kind of AI stuff now we want more specific answers so how Google works though is they crawl websites they have search engine spiders they're called and it goes from every article every article down the page down the page clicks every link and it's almost like this the worldwide web right so it's every uh goes from page to page scanning every website every link and then it scans the link goes to link goes to that page scan scan scan scan and and it understands using uh natural language processing to understand the words on the pages what they mean and then the relationship between websites so like that's why backlinks matter right so like links from one website to another internal links it'll just scan everything and then based on all of this data and 200 ranking signals it will Rank and order the content on the first page uh Google rank brain is called uses machine learning to understand searches and also there's like Bert and other things like for example if I Google the episode of Breaking Bad where wal spoiler alert close your ears if you well don't don't do that don't do okay Walter White runs over the guys in the in the in the the Aztec so it just knows number one over that's the episode right it's not like it it knows the contextual relationship of this stuff and I've done this before where uh like episode of Breaking Bad and sometimes it'll just show it here it'll just show it like immediately and just say this is it what it can do is like it it's not like it's optimizing this for an article that says the episode of Breaking bed that right it doesn't need that because it understands contextually what the words mean and it's just showing this is what the episode is so that's kind of where machine learning comes in for Google and it kind of understands uh understands contextual relationships between words that's what we covered in the llm section earlier is like everything's getting smarter understanding human language so human language drives AI That's how we communicate it's the words I put you know I'm saying to you right now it's the words on pages that's how we communicate so Google they keep getting smarter at that and then other AI tools get smarter of that and then there's a lot of algorithm updates so this is the history of Google go algorithm updates you can see this goes back to 2020 but there's like Google core updates mayore updates and you can see how long they lasted 3 days 14 days 13 days so Google's algorithm updates every single day in some ways uh they have a team of people behind it and then they have major like bigger kind of broad core updates they call them you can see 2022 had a lot the main one that my traffic peaked right here and the main one that got me was the link spam update because I built so many links from so many guest posts so many different outreaches so many different things I built them in a healthy way and I didn't get penalized for it at all I just think they discounted maybe 20% of them and said H that's you know he he wrote a guest post his names on it just kind of ignore that one so I kind of got pulled back down to Earth where I was outranking Forbes I was outranking HubSpot for like crms and I kind of cracked the system until they're like well he actually built a lot of links himself even though their quality he didn't over optimize them I'm going to you know disc count some of them so now instead of being number five for CRM software you're number 12 so it's like okay I get that which is why we did we're doing the rebuild now so that's really the only one other than that there's been helpful content updates review updates core updates and then we've seen like the March one the June one apparently that just came out that came uh out last month so if you click on it you can see what they did so it's roll out started it was complete and there's tons of articles on like search engine land search engine watch about what all these mean right so it's always people always freak out it's like what do we do what do we and Google changes this a lot so really when we think about what has always worked and what will always work we want to Future proof oursel from any al future algorithm updates I knew when I was aggressively building tons and tons of links that maybe just maybe this won't last forever and you can't have the attitude that anything is going to last forever when it comes to blogging you got to strike when the iron's hot that's how business Works online you got to strike when it's hot I'd rather make three million $4 million and lose half of that traffic in a year then be somebody teaching it that hasn't made over $100,000 with a single website but has traffic that kind of looks like this right that's not me that's not my personality I go for it all I try to go nuts and then I teach it and we see what works so with that said there are a lot of algorithm updates we want to kind of with the algorithm Google specifically we want to just future proof our strategy so what has always worked what has always worked is helpful informational content buil in one area of topical expertise right that's it so good on page SEO has not changed the way that you write headlines H2S the things we teach about the the keyword density and all those things that we'll get into that hasn't really changed what has is like uh the big thing that has changed is certain nich has got really competitive like software business finance things like that where oh all of a sudden Wix Shopify Forbes Reddit quora they're all ranking for these business terms right so it's like it's like if I was doing an article on the best website Builders uh I could have ranked for that like five or six years ago maybe it still competitive but now it's probably not going to happen because you have Forbes Wix Shopify Weebly Squarespace it's it's like why would I even do that so we find the big thing that has changed is like we just go deep Because the Internet and the algorithms have so much content everything's becoming personalized every there's an audience for everybody we can't afford to go deeper so that's when with the niche selection tool the niche AI Hunter we start with one sub Niche and we write like the first 20 articles on just that one sub Niche because that's how you win topical Authority is the most important thing right now when it comes to the Google algorithm meaning more articles on that specific topic than other people if we can't beat a media site with links it's not going to happen we can beat them by going deeper than they do on a very specific topics but it changes a lot right so we have to Future proof our content strategy personalized good informational cont content in a single Niche all right so let's look a little Peak behind the curtain the profit from the algorithm uh it's helpful to understand let just say to profit from the algorithm typo uh it's helpful to understand why the algorithms exist in the first place so yeah to create good content and understand you know what works and how we're going to monetize build an online business it's good to know well these major platforms why do they even exist they exist to make money and that's really the only reason they exist Google owes ow us nothing YouTube owes us nothing Pinterest LinkedIn Twitter they don't owe us anything they're only in business to make money so yes Google has 200 ranking factors people like to make it very complicated and complex on page SEO topical Authority ending the search Journey all of that stuff but really so Google Google says their goal is to organize the world's information to make your life easier okay that's like a marketing thing uh their goal is to make people use them the only reason they want to provide good answers is that people come back to Google and use them again and click on ads that's literally the only reason they exist if their search results sucked which they're becoming worse in the last two years rather than better as they try to figure out this AI thing the only reason that they exist is so that people use them again and click on ads that's it that's the billions of dollars that they make 80 whatever billion dollars a quarter I don't know exactly exact numbers off the top of my head but it's a lot same thing with YouTube you have to realize they exist to make money the only reason they exist is to keep people on YouTube to make ad Revenue meaning their algorithm is based on click the rate and retention yes engagements Factor likes and comments and stuff a little bit but it's mostly based on do people click on the thumbnail that you created and do they watch the video for a very long time because the more the longer you they watch the video the more ads that they see the more money that YouTube makes which it's the same company alphabet for both so they're organized to provide an experience of content content so that you come back again use it again and make them more money that's the only reason they exist knowing that it's really specific to YouTube like knowing that it's like okay I get it like I just want to keep people using and watching my videos then so I'm going to create better thumbnails for people to click on them I'm going to make sure that I organize the the script in the right way where people stay engaged throughout it to watch as long as possible I'll link to some other videos and you kind of know how it works you have to know the incentive to know how it works now with the incentive of Google right now is we've done uh we this is the you know the reality of Google is they had their biggest quarter ever so this is net income of alphabet from 1 quarter 2014 to 1 quarter 2014 um net income in millions of dollars so net income let's say that's 24 times th000 24 billion maybe I don't know it's going up so in the last couple years so they did these recent changes right and money is going up and the truth is we're not playing in this game we don't have to worry about it too much so like the game that they're playing in is how can I dominate how can I make the most how can Google make the most money from a search so if I search for air purifiers a pretty very very very competitive product category you can see how Google is now operating to make more money sponsored ads they would make money here they would make money here they would make money here and they would make money here shopping ads they make money in all of these people also ask no that's nice why you put that there before the sites right now we have companies selling them Dyson medify air New York Times ranking Amazon explore brands showing it kind of here Amazon blue Air discussions and forums again let's click more to make more money Google shopping buying guides more to make more money more to make more money they're maximizing the amount of money they're making that's what Google is doing and the good news is we don't play in this world I'm not going to write about air purifiers anyways that's too competitive to begin with it was too competitive 5 years ago it's too competitive now we don't have to worry about that they're going to make 95 plus% of their revenue and things that we don't keywords that we don't even care about that's the good news because if you look at it this is an extreme example of how far Google is gone to become like its own shopping engine you have filterable results you have all of this stuff over here so if somebody searches for this they're looking you know as Affiliates we look at what's our earnings per click how much if I send a click to a brand how much money am I going to make Google almost I'm thinking like how much money am I making for every search right if if there's 60,000 searches a second or whatever the hell is is 9 billion searches how much money are we making based on all those searches well for specific product ones like this that are competitive how can I get that up higher how can I you know how can Google make more money well I'm going to add more shopping I'm going to have more ads I'm going to only put brand big Brands up top because I want to monetize everything so the good news is when we use AI tools and we find different sub niches that are less competitive it doesn't look anything like this right it just looks kind of normal yes there's going to be a few bigger sites in there but it's not as bad so for example um you know we did like gardening woodworking kaying fishing Hobbies all Hobbies playing the guitar playing the piano all the Hobbies you can think of aren't really competitive some some small areas of them are but when we think about what is in this algorithm it's expensive Tech like air purifiers now I could do best air purifier for pets this is still going to be competitive because it's a category that's covered right so it's USA Today Reddit Amazon all of that so you can see a main category is still competitive even long tail best a purifier for pet allergies and Asthma it's probably going to show the exact same thing because it's Just Pets showing the same results so if we are in like Tech Finance business software those are the four that like are tough because does it does it pass the Forbes test if Forbes would write it that's going to be a little bit difficult now there are opportunities don't get me wrong like there are like I If I say Tech and then it's like well is all technology done no like best VR headset for Sim racing like there's there's opportunities right Sim racing cockpit. a tiny Niche site ranking to varo.com so this is what we have to find we have to find new and emerging things that we have to beat Forbes in timing and they're not going to write this stuff anyways Forbes isn't going to write an article on the best VR headsets for Sim racing it doesn't make sense for them to do it they make all their money they could they could make one on best VR headsets of 2024 right they might have done that I don't know big sit pred PC Gamer has n Gadget Tom's guide IGN right but big media sites Good Housekeeping has an ad for them too right so big media sites they kind of get lazy they stay at the top because they make the bulk of their revenue up there so when we go deep we live underneath all of that we don't even have to worry about it because we're going deep on one area so for example best VR headset for Sim racing if I'm looking at this what does this site even do there it's a g website I don't even know what that is um but you can see all their articles let's see they got banner ads going they've got different accounts so they're like in an ad network but they have tons of they go deep budget Sim racing setup everything you need to know about the haptic pedal device L man's ultimate virtual energy tank system find lap time uh Sim magic Geo review so like you're going deep on one area and that's what you're doing you're helping one audience like if I was interested in Sim racing in VR I was obsessed with it I would be following the site I would be following their articles I would be clicking their links i' would be joining their email list I would be doing all of that and it's on one specific topic now what we do is again we probably we started with our name.com so we can pivot we can adapt I wouldn't want to necessarily call myself just simracing cockpit. comom because what I would do is I would dominate Sim racing first cover all of those articles make it working and then I would move on to the next like shoulder category something very related maybe like VR like firstperson Shooters and treadmills then I could create another 50 articles on that over time then I start ranking for that category that's deep knowledge on VR treadmill ground stuff using different devices and accessories for that and then this is a long-term thought process and then I move into another aspect of VR Gaming uh horror games or something like that I don't know the niche very well so I'm just making this up the AI would probably do better than me and then I look back a couple years later I'm like I've now covered Sim race I I now have this site that's like one of the biggest like VR Gaming sites but it took me to start with one sub Niche go deep go where big media sites aren't going and just keep publishing so just a little bit of context there but like the air purifier example Google's making a lot of money search is getting smarter Google's getting smarter perplexity exists Claud exists chat GPT exists Google still owns all the market share of search search is becoming more personalized if we look at you know using something like perplexity yes we can use it it's just a different thing it's kind of like a search-based Wikipedia for knowledge Google is still the main driver of actual sales of products which is what we want affiliate sales to make money and get ad Revenue so thinking about your online identity is it serving you are you a Content consumer or a Content producer if you're a Content consumer consumer mostly everyone is we spend seven hours a day on our phones or watching TV or whatever consuming media 7 hours a day times seven whatever billion people on Earth however many are online five billion it's a lot of time spent online right so we're basically monetizing the online behavior and thoughts of people worldwide with our content somebody in the UK or Singapore or you know India or Canada Australia they search for something related to blogging with let's say they randomly find my site that's pretty cool when you think about how how lucrative that can be we're not just creating a small local business we're actually able to help people anywhere on Earth with our content that's amazing now we're building primarily organic businesses without ads so we don't want to spend a bunch of money to make money at the beginning PPC is a strategy that can be employed we will teach it in the future but it's not worth starting like the starting point we don't want to spend a bunch of money up front we need to realize that in the content business money is the goal but content runs everything we need a consistent publishing schedule and we can never waver from it we don't just stop publishing because we think oh like I'm going to take a a break on this and not publish anything this month you can't do that that's not how this works we got to keep publishing stuff not saying you have to publish an article every single day but we want to maintain consistency because consistency over a long period of time is what builds volume which builds a backlog of content which builds a backlog of content getting consistent views attention in the algorithm economy which then leads to monetization now the quicker we can learn this algorithm and actually take action the faster we will get to that monetization so besides Google you know there's a few other algorithm we can talk about so YouTube again click through rate retention keep people on YouTube when you look at like the YouTube homage and you see some of the videos and stuff so there's me there's video ideas there's my realtor from Florida YouTube automation Trump getting shot at all the interesting stuff right now it's personalized to me right so it's like showing home gy right I probably I probably watched a video on music and this is really risky showing somebody your algorithm right oh my God what could show up here what have I watched but you'll see like Mr Beast look at these thumbnails look at how strong that is right how I got the strongest ever I'm 36 oh my gosh some of my searches too I've just done for research purposes Harry m freestyling classic stuff but this it's it's mainly main to keep people on YouTube right so it's showing stuff personalized to me that's kind of has been a problem as well on social media right politics everyone gets their own little bubble of information left or right especially in America that they only consume that the media the algorithm pushes that more and more because extremism gets more views and attention than just calm normal content when it comes to politics and then people just consume that more and more and more and it fuels Division and I challenge you to think that in this algorithm economy you're either a Content producer or a Content consumer the quicker you start producing your own content any business needs to produce content Nike needs to produce content to get sales right every if you want to make money in 2024 2025 online you need to create content it's really that simple so and we can't let it waver and get discouraged and then like I published one article this week and then I skipped a week then I skipped another week CU I was on vacation it's like you're just prolonging any level of success that you attain so it's really important with these algorithms to just keep publishing for example if you're trying to build a business on Tik Tok and Instagram you need to be publishing three videos every day minimum if you're running through there so the main ones you know we're going to cover algorithms but you really need the two main algorithms that like make the most money are Google and YouTube so if we just talk about Google most affiliate sales are still driven through there so many people searching actually buying stuff people are kind of trained to click on things click buy right it's how people buy things on the internet click things see an affiliate thing click on a link buy a product uh it's a lot harder than Instagram or scrolling clicking maybe clicking the profile getting to the profile clicking a link tree bio clicking the link tree bio to a website clicking that website clicking an affiliate link getting to a web it's just there's a lot of friction so we still focus on content as a business so thinking like a media site how does Forbes make money how does how do big sites make money well they start with affiliate Revenue sure but then they get custom deals and stuff going and they also get media kits made so when you think like a media site like think of this one like gear junkie this is a big blog about outdoor gear 35 million annual page views this is Their audience segments coverage so they have a website they have social they have video they have a newsletter they have a podcast they have events that's a lot of stuff to do right we're starting right here we just want to have a website man that's it uh we could have this too this is the second one this is what we should do we should have a new website maybe newsletter because when we see what they offer they can offer a lot of different things to different brands so basically if you are a Content publisher that is what we are we are a media site whether you like it or not when you are a you don't want to think of yourself as a little tiny affiliate blog you are a powerful Media Company okay like don't sell yourself short you're media site media sites make money by promoting Brands and getting paid from the brands that's it we're not you know and we can teach people like if we're teaching knitting for example then we're going to have random consumers buying our stuff so we can sell our own products too but a lot of big media sites make money through sponsorships through making money this way through selling different random things that they do so they sell uh basically it's simple they sell banner ads on their site which we won't do because it doesn't make sense we don't have millions of visitors uh they sell sponsored content articles podcasts all of that so if I was thinking like a media site money drives all publisher based businesses whether you're in news magazines print digital all of it money drives everything if you're not making money from the content then Brands aren't doing it for example I was just doing this in income University with a course but if I search for laptops what do we see well we see Dell Amazon Walmart Our Best Buy I mean Lenovo the actual brand B right if we search best it's going to signify comparative buyer intent best signifies I want to compare the top laptops laptops just signifies I'm ready to look at the product page itself I'm ready to go to Best Buy and just I'm just ready to look at some laptops Best signifies comparative buyer intent meaning I want to see different options and I want to be told what's good about these options and what's bad about these options meaning blogs live here now in something as competitive as this right we're not going to be writing best laptops when we have Tom's guide Tech rat our PC World what's interesting is if I'm a big site like Tech Rider how am I organizing this I am doing it only solely to make money this is the unfortunate truth of how the internet works is that they have links here this is Walmart VH photo Best Buy if this brand is not making any money in the number one spot they will certainly kick that brand immediately out and move another brand in there right it's a money game it's earnings per click as a publisher they are trying trying to maximize the amount of moneyy they're making they have ads on the side they have Brands organized in the correct way that is making them the most earnings per click on this and if you see even like sometimes like PC mag another big site I remember working with them a little bit when I was working at Big Commerce and like let's just say best products if we go to like their version of this best laptops it's the same thing and this is actually based on a relationship like they actually talk to people at these companies and get it in the right order and do all of this stuff now maybe not for laptops but certainly for like like I was looking at one on like website Builders all right I'm going to search for like the site pcmag.com best website Builders and here we go so this one so this is strictly based on relationships not on what's best they don't care who's best they only want to make the most money here so this is based on they reached out to Wix and they said we'll put you number one if you give us the highest possible commission rate ever right and they've negotiated this over the course of years to put the best ones in the best spot to make the most money and AI is kind of help like AI helps us provide context around this because I just don't trust some of these sites because I know the monetary incentive behind this and most people don't though which is good so they're not going to care the rankings that you're putting on your site for the best um you know fishing kayaks or something like that you put it in the order you want you know and it doesn't always the order doesn't always matter you know this isn't even ordered this isn't even saying number 1 2 3 4 this is just saying best for building free sites best for integration best for this best for that so the order doesn't mean like this is number one use no other tool it just means this is number one in this certain aspect this number two version is best for this aspect and we cover all the bases we have to know there's hidden money behind everything on the internet every single thing is monetized every search can be monetized especially when it comes to this really competitive stuff that we're not going to worry about too much but just know like Google is trying to make the most money and these brands are trying to make the most money that is it so how do we make the most money well we have to think about our future as a publisher we have to think outside the box we have to do things differently we have to monetize in a go deep on a single Niche and do things that media sites aren't doing we go deep on one Niche we create 20 articles 15 informational five affiliate go there re we're going to talk about this uh in two days AI traffic plan exactly what to do create your articles revisit it every month look at the data see what's working and then think like a future think about your future as a publisher so even if you haven't started your website yet even if you haven't wrote a single article we want to think about the future we want to always kind of project into the future to f f future proof our business and make it not reliant on just one algorithm so when you think about think like a publisher think like a media site understand the algorithms we know that this is we can build a larger business than we realize we just have to think outside the box a little bit not be just beholden to like I'm just only going to create articles in this tiny bubble and only add a few affiliate links in and try to join AdSense we start with that we start with affiliate Revenue we start with creating content we start with adding banner ads in those are the first two monetization streams but then we look to the Future which is why this all it's like the chicken in the egg scenario what came first understanding all how all of this works or picking your Niche right when you understand how all of this works you position yourself for a long-term future of success where you say okay knowing all of this now I know that I need to teach in a niche so I because when I teach I can make affiliate revenue for recommending products I can make ad revenue for my helpful informational content I can build my email list with helpful informational content that people will be interested in to then in the future sell my own products sell sponsorship spots right you send those emails for free but you can have sponsors pay you to be put in them and you can even do Services you can say all right I've learned all of this stuff from blog with engine from AI income blueprint I know you know after going through this for eight weeks I know what I'm doing I've practiced it I've put it into implementation now I'm going to start doing Outreach and sales so even if I get no traffic ever I'm still going to make thousands of dollars a month because I'm actually offering a service to Brands through my site so we have to think like a media site we have to realize content is a business this is not a hobby it's not a fun way to just update your family about your life we are a media publisher and when you're a media publisher you want to monetize in multiple ways so how does AI play into this well what used to work will not work in 5 years big businesses are using AI so we will use AI to win we need AI for Speed and production but then we need helpful personal content for humans now ai gives us the Frameworks and ideas and we execute we have to publish consistently the pace of change is accelerating some algorithms are trying to fight AI right like Google they're trying to fight for market share how do I create this AI Thing versus that thing people will be adopting more AI tools like perplexity and stuff for very specific answers but people have now used Google for over 20 years or something there's a whole generation of people that have used it it's not going to really change will it go down 10% maybe will it go down 100% not anytime soon not not anytime soon enough to build a big business so again I said it again we need to use a add to speed up the process creating human content optimized for the algorithm so we optimize the content for the algorithm the website the so the central son of your solar system is the website it is the thing that you own you own your own website you don't own Google you don't own YouTube You Don't Own Pinterest you don't own LinkedIn or Twitter or any of these secondary platforms those algorithms exist to build visibility to your website to then build your own audience that you own so when somebody when somebody watches a YouTube video of mine or sees a blog post and they click the X inent thing and they sign up for the email list I now have their email I can now Mark it to them I now own that so we have to use the algorithm to our advantage to then monetize it so this is the AI profit road map so we're going to cover like blog monetization one one the different ways that you can monetize a website the different traffic sources how to plan this out and then use some AI tools to do it too so we're going to talk about the different income streams we're going to have an AI monetization framework timeline to monetization and then doing some automation stuff so we're going to cover a good amount today so first we have to cover how to monetize a website now this isn't you know when you think about blogging it's a little bit nuanced it's a little bit like Choose Your Own Adventure one of those books where you Choose Your Own Adventure hopefully you don't die at page 3 for when you accidentally choose to jump off a cliff what we're talking about here is it's a Choose Your Own Adventure and that like it's not like Google ads or something where it's like there's settings there's this you do this you do this you do this like when it comes to monetizing a Blog there's multiple paths we can take so it's really about understanding those paths understanding how different niches work and how all of the income streams work we have to understand how all of them work before we want to pick the right ones that are best for us and best for our Niche so first we want to monetize in one of five ways I put three up here and then two down here cuz these ads and sponsors like making ad Revenue it's like the easiest thing it just takes time and traffic you just join an ad Network put a plugin on your site and you're pretty much done and then it just makes money but all the work to get there and the strategy to get there that's what it's about and then selling sponsors no one's going to become a sponsor yet until you have some traffic first so those two we almost ignore at the beginning because they come with time the initial content strategy can be dictated by these three number one is affiliate marketing because we want to have products that we recommend we want to choose a niche that has some products that we can write about and then there's two options we can do either one we can do neither of them you can do whatever you want but there's the FastTrack which is selling services so that is before you even have traffic you can take what you learned in Ai and can blueprint blog growth engine and like sell services to local businesses you could say hey I'll do AI writing for you I'll do content I'll do digital marketing I'll do anything in a service format now the benefit there is you can make thousands of dollars a month with just a few clients so instead of waiting for traffic you can monetize earlier with services so we have a lot of stuff coming in this community and course too for uh the service agency business model new courses new things coming for that and then they're selling your own product that's what I call the long game but that because that requires time to pass to build your email list basically so all the info content that you create can have an exit int 10 pop up with a lead magnet entering into your email list that thing gets an autom welcome sequence to sell your paid product so that's another thing that's kind of the it's the long-term play but it's also the most profitable one you can do because you think about it affiliate marketing you're making commissions on other people's products it's the best when you're first starting because you don't have a product yet you don't have to build inventory or create a product or anything like that or worry about customer support you just have to get people to click on your affiliate links then but an affiliate commission is Maybe 10% 20% recurring 30% recurring it's not 100% so a selling your own product you make a 100% Commission because you actually own that product so that's what business is in a nutshell selling services and products now the passive using quotes form of income is going to be the affiliate marketing and ads because if you can just get a content to rank and getting consistent traffic to it then it can be monetized over the course of time through the these passive methods affiliate Revenue just getting people to click links in articles that already Rank and ads they're just seeing your articles that already rank now to take it a step further again that's where services and selling your own product come in so these are the only five like there's yes there's random things like you could become a speaker speaking engagements and other types of random things selling physical e-commerce products I've seen blogs do that there's a gardening blog that sells actual products there's no reason you couldn't sell your own products but when I'm talking about selling your own products here I'm mainly referring to courses and communities informational products that you create once and can make good money from and communities which you you know engage with so really monetization has to align with your goals how much money do you want to make and in what time frame I want to make a million dollars in a day don't we all I wish I could too but we have to think of we're creating this business in the background of our life we all are busy we all have schedules and responsibilities maybe kids work you know family obligations so how can I build something over the course of time that compounds slowly compounds this isn't about when we talk about blog monetization it's not like crypto like throwing all my money into crypto and hoping at 10 X's immediately that has inherent risk so blogging is great because you're building a personal brand website at your name that slowly snowballs into effect of Leverage and authority over the course of time we just have to be patient we have to realized that we can't expect you know affiliate Revenue necessarily in the first month or even the first two months I don't think I made it in the first couple months when I was first starting my blog I didn't want to make $100,000 a month I wanted to make like five like if I can make $5,000 a month that's 60,000 a year that's you know what I was making in a previous job so I'm like if I could just do that I have my time back I don't care and I think most of us here are like that we're not in this you know a lot of people that buy like they're in their like 18 to 20s early 20s and they're like I want to be become a millionaire immediately and they follow you know influencers and people on YouTube that say you know show Lambos and Yachts and luxury watches and stuff and kind of give them this false hope that they can just do it quickly now I think we're a little bit older a little bit wiser than that and we realized that we can generate income I'm just not going to promise you that it's going to happen overnight and we have to really be realistic here and the good thing is we have to know that a Blog has all these benefits and when we do it with like a personal brand it's like there's no really wasted effort we're not like just creating a tiny Niche site and then abandoning it we're building content around ourself that can eventually rank eventually just continue learning and building this thing for yourself it's almost like you're the economy of one solo preneur the economy of the individual when you have a job you're dictated by your boss and your you know schedule and you're making money for someone much higher up the chain that's what I was doing and I worked with tech companies two dudes from Australia started big Commerce they never did anything because they built it they were on the board of directors the CEO was really busy all the time he was doing a lot he was making a lot of money the CMO all those C Level people were making money I was a cog in the machine and I was doing all this work 50 hours a week to make them money so I think there's an inherent risk to not taking action and building something for yourself but anyways we have to realize that it's just a Content game like the more we focus on just publishing more content and not everything else there's so many distractions when it comes to blog monetization there's a shiny new AI tool that we can use and then there's well what do we do this versus that and then do I pick this and it's like there's analysis paralysis a lot of the times because yeah we're going to talk about the best niches and like how to monetize different things but the truth about Monti blog monetization that's actually really good is that we don't know what's going to work until we just do it a lot of the times the random stuff we thought wouldn't work does when I started my content strategy for my blog I was writing random crap I was writing personal development posts random software reviews stuff about affiliate marketing and blogging but it was just all over the map and it still worked because I figured it out over time so what blogging it gives us is time time to figure this out so we need a website because it's like the sun and the solar system it is Central to everything that we do the website is something that we own it's not a secondary platform like YouTube or Pinterest or LinkedIn that we do not own we do not own the content on those platforms necessarily they do so all of these different a Avenues can bring traffic to a website and then they can bring different revenue streams things like ad Revenue affiliate course sales over here on Google course sales over here on YouTube Services newsletter all of that so the monetization path here is going to be very dependent on the niche and it's just is where where is your audience so let's go through a few examples of different niches and how they would be monetized because we have to kind of understand all of them to pick the ones that make the most sense so with food let's say you have recipes you're writing about Vegan Cooking or anything barbecue grilling so you're writing about food the main monetization path with food blogs is going to be different than these other ones so food is more like you want to write a lot of recipes for ad Revenue because that's when people are searching for food on the internet they're looking for recipes mostly most of the search volume is recipes so that's why you see the long wall of ads in the life story before they get to the recipe because they're monetizing it very effectively it's the reason they do that so it's recipes monetized with ads so really easy long form informational recipe content monetized with ads and then eventually there's not like there's not a ton of affiliate opportunities in food unless you're reviewing like kitchen gadgets and blenders which can be quite competitive so affiliate isn't as big in food it's more like do really good recipes make a bunch of AD Revenue have uh ex intent uh popups to a lead magn to get people to buy a community food Community foodie type of community or a cookbook or some product that you own so food ad Revenue your own product those are the two main focuses now can you do all kinds of other stuff affiliate yes but I'm giving you like the main ones just so we kind of understand what's going on sales let's say you talk about sales B2B sales you're a sales manager and you want to have a Blog about sales well it's probably going to be somewhat competitive on Google for a lot of the stuff there's not really affiliate you're not going to write like sales software and CRM software that's too competitive what this play would be more of is things like LinkedIn things like hey I'm going to do a certain sales process and I'm going to sell a course on this and I'm going to teach it on LinkedIn and through blog posts so business focus stuff is more like kind of a LinkedIn type of thing might be easier selling your own product going after easier informational stuff so whereas food might be more ads and your own product sales is more like or even YouTube like some of these like uh Finance really might be competitive on Google it might be hard to make affiliate revenue for financial products whereas like YouTube it's way easier same thing with sales it might just be like if you're doing B2B sales it's probably better to have like a LinkedIn newsletter type of approach travel let's talk travel so travel is very Broad in that there's so many different niches within travel if you're doing for example something like RV and Van life travel the main monetization p path there would be affiliate revenue and AD Revenue because there's a ton of products around solar panels for RVs mattresses for RVs CS for RVs every single thing for RVs there's Millions thousands of keywords that you could write about for that one and add Revenue how to do stuff where to go the you know best RV spots in the country or whatever it is informational content for ad Revenue uh if it's like really competitive travel and then we're talking like Insurance travel insurance travel credit cards that's probably better on YouTube because it's just going to be more competitive software kind of same thing software got really competitive over the last couple months last six months to a year AI software is growing a lot but again it's somewhat competitive so affiliate marketing is really good for that for software and you do it on Google and YouTube YouTube is kind of an open field when it comes to that you have a much better chance of that Fitness Fitness is going to be exercises kind of like the informational intent of food is recipes the informational intent of Fitness is workouts and exercises so you can get a lot of traffic for simple exercises around keywords related to any type of exercise back lumbar support exercises cable shoulder exercises at home dumbbell exercises so there's tons of uh informational keywords for ad Revenue affiliate products recommending a specific type of you know home gym equipment there tons of different things I was looking at like even just uh chest workouts like one Niche like that as narrow as that and there's like 10 products that I didn't even know existed related to chest workouts things that you buy and then there's also selling your own course so a course in community for a low monthly cost based on your specific Fitness thing we don't want to go too broad in Fitness where we're saying hey I'm going to help you lose weight and I'm going to help you gain muscle it's like let's develop our own elevator pitch a little bit to over time to figure out what the angle is is it CrossFit for people over 40 we'll figure that out eventually then there's outdoor goods so this one's really good for affiliate Revenue because it's not as competitive as stuff like business finance software so kayaking fishing camping anything outside is mainly affiliate affiliate driven lots of products lots of products you can recommend in the categories and add Revenue how to do things in that Niche and then Finance like we covered going to be a little bit competitive for affiliate but easier on YouTube easier to find specific smaller niches so overall there's a lot more niches than this obviously there's ton more but just for this example we have to kind of realize like is it really really competitive if so we need to find easier informational keywords is there a lot of affiliate potential or not if there's not like we've had some students ask like uh my Niche is like my my Niche is mindset for Tech entrepreneurs well what is mindset what products are exist in mindset maybe there's mindset apps and books but that is like maybe health sites are about that we want to find like a just a normal category a normal Niche that we start with it's not so narrow that we're saying I'm only talking about you know a spe very specific thing for people over 50 or something really narrow we need a product category but we need to realize is it more add the the big distinction really is like is it more like easy info keywords to add Revenue in selling my course or is it more affiliate if it's less competitive and it's like outdoor goods and hobbies and things like that then it's going to be you can have a lot of affiliate Revenue if it's a more competitive Niche then you're going to have to do more informational content to add Revenue in selling your own course so this important distinctions again if you ever get stuck on this this is like you know we can overanalyze this to death so the most important thing is to take action so if you ever get sucked just ask in the community for any questions and we can help so let's look at some affiliate marketing examples so this is really the first Revenue stream you should go after because it can dictate what you're writing that's the key because you're going to be writing some affiliate articles that's why it's kind of the first Revenue stream you can make a lot more higher Roi uh make through affiliate Revenue than ads for example if you put banner ads on your site which is a good thing to do I have them on mine you make a certain RPM or just a certain amount of money for every thousand visitors now that amount of money is a lot lower than you can make if somebody clicks affiliate links and buys stuff it can be anywhere from two times as high affiliate Revenue 5 10 or even 50 to 100 times higher monetization wise for traffic so earnings per visitor how much money you're making per visitor completely dictated by the niche completely dictated by the monetization path affiliate Revenue can make you more money than ad revenue for less traffic but we have to have a comprehensive strategy where we have both right every blog post is its own kind of little mini business if we eventually get to 100 blog posts maybe we have 20 affiliate articles 80 informational all the informational ones are getting a lot of traffic they're building your email list over here they're making you add revenue and something like media Vine you can just see how much you're making every day then these affiliate articles over here are making you money in your affiliate Network they might be making more than the than the 80% we have to kind of have both high volume if we can find them info content going deep in a niche and then affiliate ones so it has a higher Roi and it's growing every single year like I showed more brands are coming online e-commerce percentage of e-commerce sales uh in the total retail Market is it's like 16% now so 16% of all sales in the United States are through e-commerce sites that's just been going up and that means affiliate something like 100 billion plus um transactions go through affiliate links every year so a couple examples I want to show you is like just a few different types of affiliate posts so like for example if I look up I'm going to do a couple of my site and then just some other examples okay so best AI SEO tools pretty low volume just kind of started low difficulty there's my site right here number one for it so I can put affiliate links in this article I haven't done it yet but I'm planning to actually I do have Surfer affiliate links so I can always reorganize but this has a simple layout the best tools an intro how we chose it what are they you know the onpage SEO stuff that we talked about and then simple content into this number one now this is a little bit more comprehensive and longer which I think is why it might be ranking so well but then we would add affiliate links here could have an affiliate link here which there is you can see in the bottom left it says adamen for.com reccommend Surfer we have our hour and a half affiliate course right after this uh simple content most people like you know you create an article you publish it you don't worry too much about affiliate Links at first and then you can always add them in later so first you just link to the company or the product itself and then over time you link to this so you can do this I would add a button here so I come back in over time I add the affiliate links and I join the programs I swap the links out and then I a button with a link so that's a simple one transactional post for affiliate Revenue like that and also I saw I was ranking number one for how to start a blog but I think I'm usually number three for this so like if I go incognito window I'm usually number two or three but this was kind of interesting so this one is a how-to informational article but it can still be monetized through affiliate links too uh so there's a little Nuance to that so for example when I see how to start a blog what do you need to start a blog well just picture me in my pizza days right here that's me with my good friend Travis when I used to work for minimum wage slinging those pizzas in that nice Stone oven right there uh so how do you start a blog first you need web hosting so this is a blue host play and you can see you know simple link it's part of the process step one how to start a blog step one get web hosting so when it comes to and I could do this a lot better I could guide them through the process a little bit more I might update this but when it comes to informational content you can still add affiliate links to it uh you just put the affiliate links as part of these steps so you can do it that way now not every informational post makes sense for affiliate Revenue it's like how to start a business I don't know if they want to start a lawn care company a babysitting business a gutter cleaning company a software company you just don't know so a lot of monetization is based on the search intent so starting a blog it's like you need a web host so that one works a little bit better than starting a business which you could start like you could try to put affiliate links for like an LLC Service uh to start but it probably wouldn't convert as well as just this one and then there's lots of other examples things like random this site had a Dr of zero best VR headsets for um flight simulators very simple very simple site another one was I searched like best thermal scope best thermal scopes of 2024 if you need to see in the dark you know maybe your neighbors you know walking on your lawn or something you really just want to engage with them in a in a in a violent way you can always use a nice thermal scope at night I don't recommend it but people buy these look at this guy has it he's back here behind him he's got this he's out in the wild ready to shoot someone but we have any type of product best signifies buyer intent of this with affiliate links and you see layouts are going to be different for a lot of different sites or we have best dub telescopes so let's say you're an a novice astronomer and you like telescopes well I was doing research like you want like a probably a 10 in 8 in dobsonian telescope that's one of the ones you would want what's going on here close that best St Sony and telescopes affiliate pictures here's some different options not every keyword is going to have affiliate program like I don't know if some of these even do right so like skywatcher might not have an affiliate program an Amazon link so this Amazon yeah so it's simple content it's like if you're talking about products you do affiliate links if you're not you can monetize with ads you'll see on my site I have an article on best uh what is it AI social media tools for example so this one is like three different monetization in one so we have what what can be uh what we have medine ads so mediavine ads are placed in the content automatically you just download a plugin literally and then you can choose like every third paragraph every fourth paragraph have an ad it adds it over here in the sidebar and then at the bottom so those are just there and then could have affiliate links and then when someone goes to leave the page you can promote your own product too so this has three monetization streams in one article so you can mix and match a little bit with two which is cool so again affiliate marketing $160 billion do is driven through affiliate marketing 1.1 trillion is bought through e-commerce every year we can see this was covid right here when that happened um kind of accelerating the path of e-commerce a little bit getting slightly higher in the line but affiliate drives 16% of all online orders which is pretty crazy getting traffic from the algorithm Google YouTube p wherever to your website to click affiliate links to make affiliate Revenue you are a mediator between a search and a purchase if somebody searches for the best products in a category you show up and provide the best recommendations with that you know there's different like yes we can dive into like affiliate marketing there's reviews company reviews this versus that thinkific versus teachable Blu host versus HostGator I still think although there's all those different random affiliate keywords you can do the biggest driver and the easiest to create is the best product category ones like I showed best plus the the niche category they have more search volume they have more people buying through them and it's really just they're the most popular and they're the easiest to write if you're writing a individual company review you have to dive pretty deep into that company and all the features and all of that whereas the best product roundups it's kind of nice with a Blog because you don't need to go that deep you just have to kind of cover the bases do the main overview what you like and dislike pros and cons and differentiate them but you don't have to do like so much research on it they're the easiest to write and they actually make the most money and get the most traffic so that's that then we have ad Revenue so once you get some traffic you can add banner ads to the site so again it's lower earnings than affiliate marketing you need more traffic but it's very passive in can scales now I view ad Revenue as what I consider it the last resort of monetization because when we think about monetizing content well if it's really high intent traffic we could sell our own product we can sell affiliate products through it we can do a lot of things that can make us hire earnings per visitor if there's no other way to monetize it It's ADS not everybody who visits your blog is going to be ready to buy something most 98 to 99% of people will not especially if they Google certain things so that's why the recipe blogs have ads because if someone Googles chicken soup recipe they're not going to buy a can of Campbell Soup through your website they're not going to buy your cookbook most of the time they're just going to read the recipe and leave now they may follow yes it's good if it's good content they like it then they can follow you join the email list you can eventually sell a community course all that but a lot of people the vast majority of of people visiting your website will never come back and that's okay ads can monetize those people so it's like scraping up a little bit of Revenue at the bottom that you wouldn't have made anyways so I showed you already the example of multiple revenue streams in one blog post so then we have sponsorships so instead of affiliate links Brands can just pay you a flat fee we had brands do that so we had an l Ms software company pay us $60,000 one year in one payment just to be put in a single article on LMS software and it wasn't even on page one it was on page two I don't know what they were thinking necessarily however they did that and sometimes that's you know that's the podcast hosting story I had like I joined the affiliate program I was making 20% commission recurring on very low priced podcast hosting plans anywhere from like $5 to $20 a month and it was I had a lot of volume to it so it took a lot of time to grow but I also got you know Buzz Sprout paid me $5,000 a month just to put them number one so sponsors is a strategy putting a Brand number one in an affiliate post writing a new article for a price it's a natural extension of affiliate marketing so you focus on affiliate marketing first because you need to just start you just need to publish content I can't stress that enough in this like there's all these monetization streams but if we're not publishing in a consistent rate then we're not going to get there so we just have to you know consistently publish and then worry about exactly which monetization streams you're going to do but uh it's pretty simple sponsorship strategy we have a video on that coming this week but it's how much can you make out of it well what's the cost you know what's the value of the keyword it's usually mostly done if the the the biggest like highest revenue through sponsorships is adding them to these transactional affiliate articles not necessarily adding to like a random informational post but adding to the main product category if you're ranking for like best AI SEO tools or you're ranking for something with probably more volume than that like best camping tents for families you're ranking number one for that those brands are just going to reach out to you and say hey we want to be put in this article because again we'll talk about it in the affiliate video selling services the fast track services is the way the fastest way to make money so you think about it you're just starting out there's no traffic yet your domain rating zero you you're starting this content strategy but you're a beginner you know content is not perfect you're publishing it you're getting stuff out there still not getting traffic yet I feel like I'm not making traction you know it's kind of disappointing what do I do well creating like what I call a mini agency was the first thing that I did and it allowed me to leave my job faster if I had to wait if I waited only for just affiliate and AD Revenue I would have had to wait longer because what I did I started doing link building as a service so I kind of was like hey I've been doing this for my S I'm building links through guest post why don't I just sell some of the links that I'm when I do the guest posts and then build relationships and do these link exchanges and then you link to me I link to this site this site links to a client I have and all of that so Services was the way to make money faster if you're just like I want to get out of my job and I want to do it fast and your goal for monetization is I want to leave my job in three months then you need to go the Agency Route because when you think about it instead of doing SEO and content writing for yourself you do it for companies that are a little bit ahead of you so a bigger company that has the budget to spend two3 $5,000 a month and give it to you to do some of the strategy for them so it's a bridge between having a job and doing all of your own content only so while you're building your content plan for your own blog the middle you can be doing it as well helping a freelancing Agency Route for another brand and they're paying you thousands of dollars a month so you don't want to do it for like really cheap you don't want to there's a difference between freelancing and an agency model freelancing is I do all the manual work I do all the writing myself and that is it you can do that too you can use upwork or something like that the agency model is thinking a little bit bigger building a business around this and saying this is an agency I'm going to do yeah I'll do content writing but we charge a monthly retainer and then once we do that I have somebody else doing that so you hire one person and it scales up so you hire one person to do that you get another client now they're they're managing two clients and you get three then you're make maybe you know I'm making 10,000 now I need a second work so it's a very scalable business model but it involves selling to a highly specific target market so you don't want to just offer broad SEO services to anyone and on earth right it's kind of outdated you want to set specific pricing and Target a vertical Market maybe it's local dentists maybe it's YouTube creators you do their short form video creation maybe it's mediumsized software companies and you do their you scale their content you like something like that but you can kind of create a service put a service page on your blog and then kind of focus on a different type of strategy based on Outreach based on building this agency model so it's another business model but it can work as well in tandem with your blog it's what I did it allowed me to hire my first writer who was doing work for the clients and for my own blog so the money that was coming in from the clients that I had was paying for my writer that was writing for me too so it was a way to kind of get fre content now that's not as required today with all the AI tools and stuff but something to think about and then again it's kind of the thing of having a sponsorship paids versus done for you services and media kits so I have like a sponsor page so something simple where it's like this past sponsors The Rundown it's like here's some options for you Weekly Newsletter PPC campaign this isn't like not even something that I do currently uh this is not necessarily my site like doing this or my current audience is building something new so that's like something new that's a done for you service this is a sponsorship on YouTube sponsored SEO content so you could offer whatever doesn't have to be from your site you could say I'll do I do AI writing and all of these different things that's kind of a done for you Service Media Kit example now again the long game is selling your own products that's the most lucrative option overall you can sell digital products like courses and communities this involves building your email list and selling a product so to build your email list you can use convert kit you can use convert box so convert kit gives you a free form that you build and it is a modal popup and what you can do from there is you just have it's very simple you have a heading they put in their first name all you need is first name and email and then they enter their email uh they hit you know the button to join your email list and then they can get an automated welcome sequence of emails then you eventually sell your own product so at first what I did when I first started out at the very beginning is well one I started with MailChimp and I had a random sidebar sign up for my email list and no one joined so I'm like all right that's not working uh why isn't it working I then saw some stuff about popups and I'm like popups that's weird but I realized that like 99% of my blogs optins came from popups when people go to exit so the mouse these exit intent it occurs when the mouse gets like between 10 and 20% to the top edge of the screen it will trigger the popup now what's nice about that is you're not really interfering with people if they're reading you're not doing a set one of like 30 seconds or an entrance one which can work too but you're kind of interrupting people popups are good because you're getting the people where they are if it's just a form one or it's in the content they have to physically find it and they don't sign up when they have to find it they sign up when it's right in their face and it's a good offer that they want so what's good about digital products courses communities is you teach you help in your Niche you create some type of thing and we don't have to know this at the beginning again if you're just starting out don't get overwhelmed with this just know overtime you could sell your own product if you wanted to so you can build you know create a convert kit form put it on your site and it's really a strategy of what is a lead magnet what is a paid offer so for example if you have a Blog about knitting crocheting something like that a small like hobby that you do inside what would be a good free lead magnet well it would probably be something like it' be like an ultimate resource it' be like the top uh tools and things that you need plus the five best knitting strategies or tips for beginners something simple like that like how to get started for newbie going from beginner to intermediate so you're you're basically the a course your own product is a transformation so a lead magnet is still a transformation it's just a very min mini one so you can take a Knitter a knitting person from a very beginner to at least understanding the products they need and how to get started so lead magnet is kind of just like how to get started we don't want it to be too broad where it's like I don't even understand what this thing is it's like get my resources about knitting and a weekly email it's like that's not strong enough we need a number in the headline we need a clear uh actual file of some kind a checklist a little ebook uh a video even like I've run with the master class videos as lead magnets for a while so a lead magnet is a mini transformation into an email list which will get people engaged send them emails over the series of days into the paid product give yourself the time and the space to figure this out and create content and learn and get into the niche and teach before worrying about it too much but it's good to build your email list from the beginning if you wanted to you start getting some traffic on info articles you can start just create a popup with convert kit really simple you don't even have to send too much at the beginning either maybe just a simple three-day little helpful SE sequence you're just kind of building long-term trust so the good thing about a Content business you can use all the monetization streams at once and they don't interfere with each other uh you can have ads on a post affiliate links you can have uh exit intent popups to your own product you can have a service page page on your site you can have speaking engagement you can have all kinds of different things that can eventually be monetized and you can mix and match like ad networks allow you to choose the individual articles that you have uh ads on so I had like some really high intent affiliate posts I turned the ads off because it was kind of a distraction from the affiliate links you can do it on a page- by- page basis an ad Network like mediavine will give you like hey you want to disable ads here's a little short code you add a custom HTML block into WordPress you paste it in now ads won't appear on that page anymore so you can do it on a page by Page basis like I said one article can have all of those different things but you want to focus on affiliate marketing and AD Revenue first NE needless to say that's transactional and informational content and then second over time you're like do I want to do the Agency Route do I want to sell services do I want to make money like immediately and faster doing that do I want to do a little bit of Outreach is that scary do I want to send some emails and Linkedin messages in a certain audience to get people to pay me for different SEO and content and digital marketing services do I want money right away to do that yes or no it's no do I want to sell my own product right because that's like when you think about the the different ways you can go as a website a personal brand a Blog well you have you can just stay only with affiliate marketing and add revenue and you can be a ghost and never exist that's what tiny Niche sites used to do it's like I'm only going to do affiliate Links at or that's it you can do that you can just say that's it it's passive I'm not not doing anything else I'm only writing the content making money that way I'm not going to sell my own product and I'm not going to do Services totally fine it's up to you you're just limiting your Revenue ceiling then when it comes to building a bigger business you're like all right do I want to go the agency route and scale out this agency business where I'm gonna have clients paying me thousands of dollars a month on top of this or am I going to go to course the information business route am I gonna SK like that's the that's the decision that I made so I said I've make I'm making a lot of money with affiliate and AD Revenue but I can make more if I go one of these two routes agency model which I thought about I was like what if we just scaled everything I was doing with the link building and SEO stuff we scaled that up and I had 10 clients paying me 5,000 a month there's an extra 50,000 a month but I decided since it was mainly blogging and my site was doing so well and it was like this new method and all these new things I was teaching like well it just makes sense to naturally have a YouTube channel and go the product route so that's a decision you don't have to make at the beginning and again you don't have to make of these decisions today this is just knowing how do we mon like all the different options that we have so that we can pick one that we want the most so don't overanalyze it where it's like I need this perfect thing where I have 20 affiliate articles and I can sell this product and I can do this perfect formula because it's blogging is not perfect taking action is important we don't know necessarily which articles are even going to rank not every article is going to rank some of them will some of them won't some that you think will make a lot of money won't something you didn't think would make any money or get any traffic do so it's completely kind of random so we're creating the best possible strategy we can being open to all the different opportunities that come our way we don't want to close oursel off from the opportunities for try to force something that isn't working for example if you got into something really hard like you're in AI software is your Niche and you're like this is just I'm not getting any traction like it's too competitive now I'm not getting any traffic I've been doing this for six months I'm spinning my Wheels what do I do pivot into something easier totally different Niche doesn't matter pivot into something easier until you find what works and you know you might have to Pivot once or twice or you might not have to Pivot at all the goal is you pick the right content strategy from the beginning with the help of the community the help of course the help of the coaches so that you do the right path from the beginning we're just trying to save you time that's the whole thing basically we're just trying to condense time down for you so these are the income streams so let's look at a timeline so when we think about it a monetization timeline could look something like this so this is one based on just affiliate and AD Revenue at the beginning so the first three months you're just publishing content you're not worried about the affiliate links you're not worried about ads you're just doing keyword research publishing content building the processes for yourself so figuring out how can I publish more how can I do better how can I you know it took me three hours to create that post last time how can I make it two how can I make it one how can I get more efficient with my publishing it's really all it's about you don't have to worry too much about do I need to add affiliate links now do I join an ad Network now like you're just doing this now you could potentially start getting some traffic adding some affiliate links in here I'm not saying you can't but it shouldn't be your main focus these are the main focuses so once three through six then you can kind of start thinking about your affiliate strategy adding affiliate links in looking at Google analytics on a monthly basis is traffic going up or down looking at on a post by post basis based on the landing page is this is traffic going up or down to these Pages uh honing in on your affiliate strategy here so creating more affiliate content then we get to month 6 through n this is potentially where you could join an ad Network you start getting more traffic more easy informational traffic based on the publishing velocity that you have back here the key is like all of your old articles back here that you published can still be ranking over here so it's kind of The Snowball Effect that you keep building for yourself the more that you publish you might have an article that doesn't rank doesn't rank doesn't rank doesn't rank finally starts ranking month eight you're like oh wow and then a bunch of Articles start ranking because part of this is topical Authority once you if you have a brand new blog and you have no articles Google thinks they have no articles because it's true and then you have one article on let's say your Niche is camping you have one article I'm camping okay still not going to rank two three four five still not a lot but the more you do the more you scale the bigger it is month 6 through n you should be looking at joining an ad Network starting to get affiliate sales in really having like a set schedule Cadence this is how many articles I'm publishing per week this is what I'm doing this is like the time I'm going to set aside outside of that to just hey join a few programs Swap and affiliate links that's kind of the focus here and then the months 9 through 12 you want to look at having affiliate sales having ad Revenue when you join the ad Network building your email list building it up and then starting to think about your product so what type of if you're teaching in a nation you're teaching you have affiliate articles info articles what type of product could you start teaching about so this when you start building your email list you can survey your C email list say Hey you know uh thanks for engaging with my 7-Day email series you send like a manual email thanks for engaging with my 7-Day email series is there anything that I can help with what areas are you struggling with most please reply and then just kind of start collecting feedback to build your own product so you can be making money here you could be make you should be making money in here it's going to be based on you know choosing a niche that isn't like completely just impossible like you're trying to get into vpns or web hosting or something really really challenging so it's doing it that way that could be a first year or you know if you do the service route how would that look well that's where you start planning your service Niche you can take like agency growth engine in this community there's other ones coming spoiler alert as well around this um but you can plan your service Niche build processes begin an Outreach strategy so hey I do AI writing for software companies that's what I'm going to start doing I've kind of figured out the processes here the automations the AI now I'm going to offer that as a service to Brands so months 0o through three I'm going to plan my pricing and packaging I'm going to create a service page on my site I'm going to begin my list building and data collection so I'm going to take I'm going to use a tool like Apollo or LinkedIn and I'm going to reach out to a very specific set of businesses in an automated way I'm going to send Outreach emails they're going to get back to me and I'm going to offer my services then we start getting our first clients begin getting the work making hires getting more clients building the strategy around it so again different different timeline for different Revenue stream so this is important remember your Niche needs a clear product category so we don't want to go too narrow and say I you know talk about mindset for Tech entrepreneurs like I said before it's like there's not that's not a product category for affiliate Revenue at least now you don't have to do affiliate marketing either this is all like the new like you don't have to I'm just saying it's good to have that option so a c a clear product category leads to affiliate opportunities because you think about a niche like camping like I mentioned there's how many products thousands tents lights lanterns mattresses CS food you eat campfire stuff hiking all that whereas something like journaling doesn't have that it has a journal and a pen maybe a gel pen maybe a fancy gel pen but still a pen and then potentially just teaching so course sale opportunity in the future is teaching so you can teach anything you can teach pretty much in any Niche but as long as you have the you are a teacher a blogger is a teacher because you are providing information to people that read it so that's what you want now it's Al important don't overthink it analysis paralysis is real if you try to perfectly get all of these things at wants with the perfect keywords with the right search volume with the right Niche with the right offer with the right thing you're never going to start so the good news is it's not this perfectly organized thing blogging is a little bit of chaos it's a little bit of doesn't have to be perfect the internal links don't have to be perfect the content strategy doesn't have to be perfect it can be messy we just need to take action on it mine was far from at the beginning like I said I started with like personal development articles web hosting how to not suck at life Leadership qualities it was just all over the map so the yours doesn't have to be perfect we're trying to kind of condense the time down so let's look at an AI monetization framework that I created so this is kind of an interesting one so AI monetization planner we take this paste it into Cloud so this can kind of help guide you and think about the different ways to monetize so it's going to think it's going to do both a website blog and also YouTube just to have it in there if you wanted to think about it it's going to determine the most effective monetization strategy so for example to get started I'll need to know your Niche could you please provide the niche your focusing account I'm going to say like how to build a uh my you know I'll give some just random information to see how it does niche is Fitness and it's like how to build a how to get strong build stronger legs you want to do some squats and stuff I don't know so it gives you a couple different monetization options so it'll start with YouTube so the best YouTube monetization path is to focus on leg strength training develop a consistent post in schedule with proper form the main strategy the most effective strategy is creating an online course and training program obvious that that makes a lot of sense right it's not just random affiliate links on YouTube beginner course intermediate Advanced 12we program 10 video ideas and Target keywords okay best website monetization path build your website the most effective monetization strategy can be affiliate marketing combined with selling digital products so select High ticket affiliate products high quality leg press machines I wouldn't say resistance bands aren't very high ticket uh premium Fitness supplements for muscle growth online fitness coaching platforms digital product create a comprehensive leg strength training ebook that could be a really good lead magnet also and then uh a 30-day program that you could charge for and a community as well and then it gives you titles and ideas so gives you some other keyword research insights focus on longer taale keywords Target informational keywords use transactional affiliate keywords like best leg press machine for home gym or top resist distance bans for like workouts so these are pretty good starting points so you put Niche your niche in your sub Niche and it was give you um it can elaborate more if you go into it but it's a good starting point it's good like hey what is what's a good way that I can start monetizing you notice it doesn't say like start a YouTube channel and then just focus on the ad Network or affiliate links it's it's sell your own product because that's Fitness um so it's pretty good kind of just framework to to use to get an idea of how to get started with monetization because again like a bigger brand over the course of two three years you could have a YouTube channel and a Blog don't overthink it like I didn't ever want to do or think I'd ever do YouTube I prefer working on a computer and I'm somewhat introverted so but sometimes when the opportunity strikes you got to take it so yeah this will give you some good examples and ideas let's look at some AI automation methods to speed up this process so when we're thinking about all of this you realize when I talk about monetization and I say there's affiliate Revenue ads sponsors Services all of that it's okay well how do we get there well we have to publish content that's what a Content business is my YouTube channel wouldn't exist if I I stop publishing videos yeah I'd still get views from the old stuff if you stop publishing blog posts you can still get traffic from the old stuff but you should never stop publishing content this is a Content business you can always eventually Outsource but we don't want to stop stop so how do we speed up this process well there's a couple different ways that I'm going to show you and share with you in this video so one is the manual way so we do like we said we have the the niche Hunter we have the content generator Frameworks that I've covered in the content uh videos you know take the cloud prompts get the content written copy paste in WordPress edit it yourself that's manual it's free you know if you have a Claud free account you're doing some of those a day just paste it over or $20 a month if it's you're paying for unlimited use of claw that's the cheap way to do it a little more manual you're heading it in there's two other ways to automate this more so the first way is the simple way uh maybe not the most comprehensive way but it's a tool that's really simple to use and that's machined doai so machines. is a AI writing automation tool it's an automation tool I would say you hook up your WordPress site CMS connections add WordPress put your site here you don't select manual it just does it automatically you hit connect it automatically opens up your WordPress dashboard if you're logged in you click a button and it's connected it's the easiest thing what this does is it creates content clusters and publish publishes stuff for you so for example I have this one on backpacking so you click in this there's all kinds of backpacking keywords in here that I actually got myself and I pasted them in so it's like best backpacking stove these are all affiliate type of keywords around backpacking so all of these ones and what you can see is there's 50 articles in here and this tool machine. basically what it can do what these automation tools can do is get it from keyword all the way to a draft automatically done for you now I don't recommend you publish them as is because it is still AI content but it's speeding up the whole process of hey here's my keywords boom boom boom boom boom now they're all automatically in WordPress as drafts speeds it up a lot more which is really helpful so in machined you can see you can select individual articles it's like all right the best backpacking meals I'm going to say the length it's kind of hard to see I'm going try to zoom in a little bit best backpacking meals is this one I want it to be very long I want it's this is through uh chat GPT so it's not claw this is GPT method I'm going say GPT 40 I want it to be in a friendly tone I found that's the best one that works for uh humanization scores and making it a little bit better so friendly it's from first person they can do research so it says do you want to do automatic research scrape sys and link to stuff sure yeah uh and then you can click humanize definitely we would click humanize in this one and then you can say interlinking do you want to enable it if you enable it it will link every single article in this Silo together now if you publish one it's going to link to like all of them so you need to publish all of them all of them that are in here you want to publish featured images Dolly 3 unsplash or pixels these are two stock photo things and then dol's the AI generator you can pick what kind of style you like so I'm say like photo realism uh and I'm going to do lime that's pretty cool and I'm going to say right I could select all of them and go actions write them all all 48 write them all now and then publish it to the CMS so it publishes it right to WordPress and you can publish it as a draft so it doesn't just publish it automatically it'll be a draft in there ready for you to edit but you can see it's pretty freaking simple now the output isn't going to be the best possible AI output it's going to be chat gbt 4 written content that we'll need to edit but this was my maroon pillow with a beautiful zipper what looks like some air control devices and a nice looking shiny maroon pillow choosing the best backpacking pillow so you can see it's very short intro the types that you would need it has some charts it has what to think about when you're doing it and then it has some options features specifications data pricing all that stuff and then it goes all the way down and boom and now all the way to the end so what's kind of nice about this is It's 2700 words the Machine Tool It's $49 a month for unlimited so it's pretty pretty it's not bad it's not like content at scale or Surfer AI where you're paying money for every single article a lot of money so this is a easy automated cheap way to get Artic for get go from keyword to a draft in WordPress the output is not as good as the next method I'm going to show you which is a little bit more technical but can give you a better output so the long plan here for AI in blueprint for everything is to add automation into our process so when we're profiting how can we speed up everything that we're doing to get to monetization quicker how can I spend less time on you know all the research and the writing and how can I spend more time on joining affiliate programs all the monetization stuff so I said option one like I said free with Claude take the prompts copy paste edit humanize based on the humanization video previously publish completely free might take a little bit longer this machine tool $49 a month unlimited articles not the best outputs requires editing but it is pretty fast and simple I do want to see what this lime green photo realistic image looks like oh my gosh look at that that is freaking a lot of food discover the best meals for outdoor Expedition it's like a Red Bull can of soup oh my God I love it so much if I had Red Bull soup Red Bull soup for breakfast oh and then this like orange looking Pepsi liquid I like it so we can always mess around with Dolly and uh you know magical realism that's always cool or just use a simple stock photo IM image generator I click prevent duplicate links but this is a simple also way to do it what we start here though with is you you basically just click create cluster and then you can say ah My My My article is on so dog toys so I'm going need a like pets dogs dog toys audience pet owners looking for all kinds of different dog toys for their very little friend my dog French Bulldog just anything is a toy a box eat it completely just eat the Box a stick everything outside every leaf that you come across you might as well eat it I mean everything you see you might as well eat sniff it's a good way to live so you can manually put in content clusters here if you find things with the AI content clustering tool which is yet another framework I keep forgetting about so this one's uh a little bit of a different way to do keyword research so you can add this one in and click that hit enter and this is the content clustering tool so it's it's like let's create a Content cluster around dog toys I don't know let's just see what it says it's going to give us some articles durable pet teething puzzles plush ropes treat dispensing dog toys throw some peanut butter and goo in there and they just like it so much so you can have types of dog toys choosing the right ones P benefits dog toy safety materials to avoid in dog toys do do it yourself dog toys making your nice homemade shw toys so anyways you can take content here you can take it from an SEO tool you can put it into machine manually or you can just click autopilot create me 10 do 10 articles around that see what it comes up with so it'll create the cluster itself so you just put in the topic and it'll create it and it's going to do it by it has some search volume information let see if I zoom out a little bit what are these chew toys tough dog toys aggressive chewers squeaky durable plush rubber so some of them have higher competition it's Bing the data but again we can find things ourself we can add different pieces of context in here to find like medium low even if this is here like you can still publish stuff I mean it's a volume game we're in a volume world now so I want to cover option three which is the most comprehensive but the most setup it's not that difficult but it's the most setup so this is make.com make.com is like a zappier tool except it's a visual automation tool so what it does is you can set any set of tools like you can add so I have like this is Claude in here this is chat jpt dolly in here you can add different things air table is like a spreadsheet Builder so what this one is doing I said a YouTube video on this today but what this one is doing is it's using a web hook to start the process which is saying in air table in this blog post Builder make sure I'm still sharing once I add a keyword here I say uh best tough dog toys I'm going to click generate what that does is it starts the web hook it opens this thing just it opens a link and closes it so you can see all this is is a button with a link to a hook this is a make.com link so what this is doing it's it's starting the process and again you don't have to understand all this at first because we're going to talk more about this but what it does is it starts the process all this is doing is delaying it by 20 seconds but then it gets to air table records the record it takes it takes the prompts that we've created the AI outline generator it takes this turns it into a format writes the article with the AI paragraph generator creates a featured image based on open a connection creates the image based on the main keyword make is interesting it's a visual automation tool and then it goes marks it down to HTML puts it back into Google doc back into air table and publishes it to WordPress as a draft so if I go back here it's going to take a minute it'll show up when it's done so it's starting it usually takes like a minute or maybe two minutes we'll come back to it but what's interesting about make is make you can do anything from like automations for automatic publishing to LinkedIn or P publish to WordPress and publish a repurposed version to LinkedIn or to other social media it's like really just automates all these things so you can see it's a series of steps from left to right when I click on any of the uh these are these templates here and I go to edit something it pulls up this big searchable item database and it's basically pulling up every single previous item that I can pull from so I can say like hey my main keyword is you know not in here in here all the way back to the beginning so my main keyword is actually you know main keyword 41 main keyword because what's cool about AI like automation tools are getting smarter we get from putting a random keyword in to having in top 10 indestructible dog toys for power chewers uh is your K9 companion a Serial toy Destroyer so this is from the paragraph generator and the content generator so it's going to be better than the machined version still requires editing still requires some edits but it's done as you see and it can be put right into WordPress as a draft so then it's like how can we speed it up and what's cool about Ai and automation is the AI the automation tools get smarter but then our AI can get smarter so claw updates and then it's smarter and then we just go in here and we change the prompt The Prompt is just in here right so again it's a little bit more data driven it's you know it looks a little bit intimidating especially if you're just looking at it it's like what the heck is this however it's definitely a good tool and the toolkit that we can help with in the future so just keep that in mind and this is in the monetization video because monetization requires consistent publishing and the quicker we can figure out the content and Publishing schedule with Automation and AI then the more volume of Articles we can create we can build topical Authority faster we can rank faster so again it's not just everyone's like stop talking about it it's it's AI it's horrible it's like we're not publishing a I I'm not like we're not going to just publish these articles we're going to edit them we're going to humanize them we're going to add our own take we're just speeding up the whole process I'd rather have something in WordPress ready to go as a draft that I can just edit than starting from a blank page writing and typing everything myself so the three processes to make money and build the profit road map for your yourself is free manual with Claude and the prompts the Frameworks second version $49 a month machines. a simple no setup required no make.com automations required the output isn't as good you need to edit the output a little bit more and then the third option make.com fully automated my dream would be like we have five or six different make automations where it's like this one does full blog post this one's doing LinkedIn post this one's doing YouTube social media it all kind of flows in one format where we can go from keyword to finished article as the AI gets smarter and smarter and we just keep learning and adapting but again humanization you you have to know when to humanize you humanize at the beginning with the keyword strategy to make money and then at the end to give your own take touch and reviews all right thank you for watching
