23 businesses and we looked at their email open rates over the last 6 months we took all their fancy design emails we stripped it down to pretty much plain text based emails and use HTML when necessary for let's say text links and we found that by sending plain text emails instead of those fancy designs we were able to improve deliverability by 88.6% not too shabby so instead of Designing fan emails just send plain emails it creates better deliverability
